Dan Bongino can’t figure it out either.
Actually, he has two competing theories, which is essentially what I’ve arrived at as well.
It’s one of these two things, the only question is WHICH one?
Because it can’t be both.
I kind of tend to lean towards the first one, but then I’m not entirely convinced.

“Was this a sabotage hit job by Democrats who want Joe Biden out of the race? Which is likely. Or was this an effort to cover up mistakes Joe Biden made that maybe illegal, unlawful and illicit? Just quickly on the first one. You don’t find it a little bit suspicious that lawyers deeply connected to Barack Obama, who’s got a long going feud with Biden – they do – I worked in the White House, these two men not really do not like each other. Obama always thought Biden was a buffoon and Biden was always jealous of Obama. That’s why he’s [Biden] doing the whole and “I’m the new FDR” thing now. He is a cancer on the coming presidential race, Biden, there’s very little chance against any competent candidate he’s gonna win,” Bongino said.
“So you don’t find it odd that people connected to Obama found documents all of a sudden? Why didn’t they burn them? Why didn’t they make them go away? It’s just kind of weird. But then you say yourself on the other hand what is this part of something bigger? Is there a bigger story here and here?” he asked.
“A couple of clues here,” Bongino continued. “Number one, why was the leak of the second tranche of documents made to Ken Dilanian? Ken Dilanian from NBC has a nickname – Fusion Ken – because he was a mouthpiece for fusion GPS and the Democrats. nobody finds it odd that the guy who almost single-handedly promoted the PP hoax for NBC got the leak about the papers. It says to me there may be something bigger, and they needed to massage the story and leak it out slowly,” he explained.
“Couple more things though, notice the appointment letters, right? The appointment letters for Special Counsel Her in the Biden case and Jack Smith in the Trump case. Special counsel Her in the Biden case has a very limited scope of duty. While Jack Smith in the Trump case gets to rock ‘n’ roll and find out everything. My suspicion here is that they did that to isolate and silo off Joe Biden from Hunter Biden and that investigation, and never cross those streams. One are those theories is true. I’m just not sure which. Something bigger is definitely going on here. A white shoe law firm lawyer does not move documents out of the think tank. That is absurd on its face,” Bongino concluded.

Location of Biden’s Classified Documents Revealed
Reports broke Wednesday that Biden aides found another batch of classified documents.
However, the location of those documents wasn't disclosed to the public.
Until now!
Apparently, Biden kept classified documents in a Delaware garage next to his Corvette.
Yes, you read that right.
"Classified materials next to your Corvette?! What were you thinking?" Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy said to Joe Biden.
"My Corvette's in a locked garage so it's not like it's sitting on the street," Biden replied.
"So the material was in a locked garage?" Doocy asked.
"Yes— as well as my Corvette," Biden said.

ABC News provided further details:
The White House confirmed Thursday that more classified documents from President Joe Biden's time as vice president were found in the garage of his home in Wilmington, Delaware.
Asked about the discovery after remarks on the economy Thursday morning, Biden appeared to downplay the security risks.
"I’m gonna get a chance to speak on all this -- God willing -- soon. But as I said earlier this week, people, and by the way, my Corvette’s in a locked garage," Biden said. "So, it's not like it’s sitting on the street."
"But as I said earlier this week, people know I take classified documents and classified material seriously. I also said we're cooperating fully and completely with the Justice Department's review. As part of that process, my lawyers reviewed other places where documents in my -- from my time as vice president were stored and they finished the review last night," Biden continued, echoing an earlier White House statement. "They discovered a small number of documents with classified markings in storage areas and file cabinets in my home and my personal library."
"The Department of Justice was immediately notified, and the lawyers arranged for the Department of Justice to take possession of the documents," he said.
"Following the discovery of government documents at the Penn Biden Center in November 2022, and coordinating closely with the Department of Justice, the President's lawyers have searched the President’s Wilmington and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, residences – the other locations where files from his Vice-Presidential office might have been shipped in the course of the 2017 transition. The lawyers completed that review last night," Richard Sauber, special counsel to Joe Biden, said in a statement.
"During the review, the lawyers discovered among personal and political papers a small number of additional Obama-Biden Administration records with classified markings. All but one of these documents were found in storage space in the President’s Wilmington residence garage," he said.
"One document consisting of one page was discovered among stored materials in an adjacent room."
