DOJ Indicts Trump For Biden’s Possession Of Classified Documents, Per This “Special” Report

Folks, the Babylon Bee has done it again!

In case you’re not already familiar, the Babylon Bee is a satirical “news website” similar to The Onion.

But unlike The Onion, what makes the Babylon Bee so hilarious is that it’s so close to the truth. In other words, you wouldn’t be surprised if you saw a headline from the Babylon Bee in the mainstream media. It says the quiet part out loud.

Consider the Babylon Bee’s latest headline:

This is hilarious!

Why?

Let me give you three reasons:

1. We all know the DOJ wants to indict Trump.
2. We all know that there’s a double standard.
3. And we all know that that double standard ALWAYS goes against Trump.

I don’t know about you, but I think the Babylon Bee NAILED this headline.

After multiple caches of highly classified government documents were found in different locations belonging to President Joe Biden, the United States Department of Justice acted swiftly to indict former President Donald Trump for the alleged crime.

“This is a serious violation of federal regulations,” Attorney General Merrick Garland said in a press briefing announcing the indictment. “We will take all measures available to the Justice Department to hold Donald Trump accountable for President Biden being found in possession of these documents.”

“No one is above the law.”

Sensitive documents related to Ukraine, Iran, and the UK were found in an office used by Biden at the University of Pennsylvania, though investigations as to what Biden was doing for the University were still ongoing. “President Biden played such a vital role here at the University,” said school spokesperson Barry Windham. “He was the head of various committees here at the school, including the…the, uh…he… so many things.”

When news of the indictment broke, Trump was quick to offer his response. “How can they indict me for something Biden did? How does that make any sense?” the former President said in a post to his Truth Social account. “I was in possession of the most beautiful, perfectly filed documents WHICH I DECLASSIFIED MYSELF. This is just another WITCH HUNT! WRONG!”

But it’s not just about the declassified documents.

It is about a double standard when it comes to everything concerning Donald Trump.

For example…

Democrats loved to criticize Trump about the border wall.

But now that we have an actual crisis at the border thanks to Joe Biden, the Democrats want to act like nothing is happening. They are all quiet and looking the other way.

It’s hypocritical!

But to make matters worse, Democrats eventually began blaming Trump for the border crisis!

He’s not even in office anymore!

How is it his fault?

Yet, the Democrats want to blame Trump for something that is their fault!

And that’s exactly what made this article for the Babylon Bee so funny…

It was funny, because sadly, it was true.

Keep in mind that there was absolutely no border crisis under Trump.

Yet the press secretary for Biden did just that.

According to Fox News:

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Friday blamed the previous administration for the immigration crisis facing the Biden administration, accusing Republicans of making the problem worse by opposing Democratic proposals for comprehensive immigration reform.

Ahead of President Biden’s first visit to the southern border as president, Jean-Pierre told reporters that immigration reform is a “high priority” for the administration and that Biden is looking for Congress to act in the face of historic rates of illegal immigration overwhelming resources at the border.

“The president inherited a mess because of what the last administration did. We inherited a mess. And, you know, Republicans in Congress made it worse by blocking comprehensive immigration reform,” Jean-Pierre said at the daily White House press briefing. “And so what you’re seeing from this president is he’s acting. He’s acting to protect, to continue to protect the border, secure the border, and also deal with irregular migration.”
