It’s official.

A new study proves that Chicago, Philadelphia, and other Democrat run cities are more dangerous than warzones.

Specifically, young men are more likely to be shot in cities like Chicago and Philadelphia than countries where terrorists roam free.

Young men would be safer in Afghanistan and Iraq than they would be in Chicago!

And what do these cities have in common?

They’ve been under Democrat rule for decades!

This isn’t just a Republican talking point.

We now have hard evidence that these cities are more dangerous than warzones thanks to Democrat policies.

All the most dangerous cities in America are run by Democrats.

The pattern is so clear that it cannot be coincidence.

Rather, the correlation and causation is directly found in the data itself.

The National Desk confirms:

Young adult males living in Chicago and Philadelphia are more likely to be victims of firearm-related deaths than U.S. military personnel who served in Afghanistan and Iraq, according to a new study.

Researchers from the University of Pennsylvania and Brown University studied nearly 130,000 men aged 18 to 29 living in some of the most crime-ridden U.S. cities in 2020 and 2021. Out of New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago and Philadelphia, those from the “zip codes with the most violence” in the latter two cities were found to be at the greatest risk of firearm-related death and injury.

The firearm-related death rate for young adult males living in the top 10% most violent zip codes in Philadelphia is higher than the risk of combat death was for U.S. troops in both Afghanistan and Iraq. Philadelphia’s most violent areas saw a 1.15 risk ratio level, compared to 1.0 and 0.84 in the Afghan War and Iraq War, respectively.

A more significant difference was found in Chicago, where the risk ratio level is 2.10.

But it’s not just that these cities are run by Democrats.

It’s also the fact that these cities are often “sanctuary cities” for illegal immigrants who have broken the law to come to America.

If you are housing people who broke the law to come here, it’s no wonder that you’ll experience sky high crime!

Chicago has long protected undocumented immigrants. The city’s status as a so-called sanctuary city dates back to 1985, when former Mayor Harold Washington issued an executive order prohibiting city employees from enforcing federal immigration laws. It became law in 2006, reaffirmed after the 2016 election of former President Donald Trump and expanded in 2021.

Democrat run cities serve as a warning to the rest of the country.
