The Lake V Hobbs lawsuit has entered its second day and some of the testimony provided has already been earth-shattering…

Hobbs has successfully evaded testifying before the court this time around due to Lake’s legal team voluntarily rescinding the subpoena that would have compelled her testimony.

Since the lawsuit began, leaked emails have resurfaced, further implicating Katie Hobbs’ office in a broad conspiracy to censor opponents online.

You can watch day 2 of the ongoing lawsuit below:

For those who missed it, here is a recap of the first day of the lawsuit proceedings in 2 parts:

The Epoch Times shared notable highlights from the ongoing lawsuit:

Clay Parikh, an information security officer with Northrup Grumman, testified for the Lake side during Wednesday’s trial that during an inspection of ballots drawn from six voting centers in the 2022 general election, he observed both duplicate and spoiled ballots that had 19-inch images printed on 20-inch paper.

Parikh testified that of the 15 duplicate ballots he inspected this was the case for 14 of them.

Parikh said the sizing problem was easily identifiable because of the features printed on the ballot and says the observation was confirmed using a ruler.

On December 4th, 2022 Daily Wire reported:

With the latest email leak from Musk and Taibbi’s “Twitter Files” alleging Hobbs and the federal government conspired with Twitter, other lawmakers have called for an investigation into the governor-elect.

Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene said on Twitter, “SOS of AZ and Gov candidate, Katie Hobbs, used the power of the AZ SOS to collude w/ Twitter to unconstitutionally violate 1st Amendment rights of Americans for her own political gain.”

“This is communism and Hobbs can not be governor. I’m calling for a Federal investigation,” she added.
