The New Zealand government has forcefully taken custody of a 4-month-old baby away from his parents due to the parents wanting unvaccinated blood for a life-saving operation.
Sam and Cole, the parents of baby Will, who has to undergo life-saving heart surgery, have asked the hospital not to use vaccinated blood in his operation.
New Zealand Attempts to Remove Baby From Parents Who Refuse Vaccinated Blood for Baby’s Operation
Instead of respecting Sam and Cole’s parental rights, the State has stripped them of those rights and criminally taken custody of their child.
“The baby’s parents recently explained their position during an interview with Liz Gunn, a broadcaster from New Zealand who herself has raised concerns about the safety of the experimental ‘vaccines,'” RAIR Foundation reports.
“The baby is not scheduled for his operation. He’s in a stable condition,” said Cole, Will’s father.
“We’re not playing with our baby’s life to get a political or any movement going. We’re wanting our baby to have the surgery and we’re wanting him to have the very best of what’s available for his surgery and his future and his recovery.”
“We don’t want blood that is tainted by vaccination,” he explained.
“That’s the end of the deal – we are fine with anything else these doctors want to do.”
More than 20 unvaccinated individuals are reportedly willing to donate blood for their son’s operation.
However, the government’s New Zealand Blood Service (NZBS) has refused to approve it.

A guardianship of a child takes away the parents’ right to make decisions about their child’s life.
“New Zealand’s health authorities and blood service argued that allowing the parents to refuse vaccinated blood would set a dangerous precedent, in which patients could demand to pick and choose where their blood came from,” according to The Guardian.

After an initial hearing, the case is set for Dec 6 at the High Court in Auckland.

The high court decision places the boy in the guardianship of his paediatric heart surgeon and cardiologist “for the purpose of consenting to surgery to address the obstruction and all medical issues related to that surgery, including the administration of blood” said Justice Ian Gault in a summary of the judgment.
That guardianship will last from Wednesday until completion of his surgery and post-operative recovery – likely to be January 2023 at the latest. The parents will retain guardianship in all other matters.
In previous interviews the parents said the baby needed surgery “almost immediately” but that they were “extremely concerned with the blood [the doctors] are going to use”.

The judge noted that New Zealand’s blood service had presented evidence from the past six months of a “significant increase in potential blood recipients asking for blood from unvaccinated donors or asking about directed donation. Similar trends have been noted in other countries.”
The case was filed by the Auckland health service Te Whatu Ora. In a statement last week, interim director Dr Mike Shepherd said: “The decision to make an application to the court is always made with the best interests of the child in mind.”
Obviously, New Zealand's government, health authorities, and court system do NOT have the child's best interests in mind.
