Felony Warrant Issued for Biden’s Non-Binary Energy Official

Joe Biden just traded a terrorist for an anti-American WNBA player, and now his non-binary Energy Department official has a warrant issued for his arrest for stealing suitcases.

Sam Brinton was hired by Joe Biden as the deputy assistant secretary of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition for the Office of Nuclear Energy.

A felony warrant has been issued for Brinton’s arrest.

He allegedly stole a suitcase from a Las Vegas airport and has been charged with grand larceny between $1,200 and $5,000.

He could face prison time for the incident.

Brinton was also caught on camera stealing a suitcase in Minneapolis last month, an d was already placed on leave for that incident.

Biden’s self-proclaimed non-binary Energy Department official Sam Brinton has a warrant out for his arrest after stealing a suitcase from a Las Vegas airport. He is reportedly facing similar charges in Minneapolis.

The felony warrant out for Brinton’s arrest is related to the Las Vegas incident, with charges including grand larceny with a value between $1,200 and $5,000, the warrant says, Newsweek reports.

Grand larceny is a category B felony in Nevada and is punishable by 1 to 10 years in prison. It may also include a $10,000 fine.

8 News Now reported Thursday night that a felony arrest warrant has now been issued for Brinton for grand larceny with a value between $1,200 and $5,000 for allegedly stealing luggage from Harry Reid International Airport.

Brinton, who has caused a stir among Americans for his role in the federal government for dressing in drag and boasting online about his puppy role-play fetish, came under fire late last month for allegedly stealing a woman’s luggage in Minneapolis.

He reportedly flew into MSP with American Airlines just before 4:30 p.m. from Washington, D.C., According to the complaint, Brinton traveled without a checked bag, indicating he had no purpose to claim a bag after landing.
