The Cochise County Board of Supervisors voted 2-0 to certify the 2022 midterm results after a state judge ordered them to do so, claiming they would violate the law if certification did not occur.
Cochise County Supervisors previously voted 2-1 to delay certification of the midterm election to see a further presentation on the accreditation of voting machines on Friday before certification.
On 2-1 vote, the board decides to call a Friday meeting to have further presentation on the accreditation of the voting machines. This delays certification. Supervisor Crosby wants presentations from @SecretaryHobbs and people who spoke 11/18 about alleged issues w/accreditation

Katie Hobbs sued Cochise County for failing to certify the fraudulent results.
Wait till she googles the words "conflict of interest."

“Monday night Katie Hobbs sued the Cochise County Supervisors in cahoots with Hillary Clinton attorney Marc Elias to seal the deal on the rigged Arizona election,” The Gateway Pundit noted.
Elias sent this tweet on Monday in response to Cochise County delaying election certification.

Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, who oversaw her own election for a higher seat, called the court’s decision in her lawsuit a “win for Arizona’s democracy.”
Today’s court decision was a win for Arizona’s democracy and ensures that all Arizonans will have their votes counted. Cochise County has been ordered to canvass today, and the state certification of the 2022 General Election will proceed as scheduled on Monday.

The Gateway Pundit reported:
It was revealed on Monday by a Yavapai County Supervisor that Arizona county officials were threatened with Class 6 FELONY CHARGES if they refused to certify the fraudulent election. “I found out today that I have no choice but to vote “Aye” or I will be arrested and charged with a felony,” Supervisor Ron Gould said during the Board of Supervisors Special Meeting on Monday.
This sounds a lot like extortion. Where the hell is the Attorney General?
The Director of the State Department of Public Safety needs to arrest Hobbs, and the State Attorney General needs to prosecute her for Extortion. This is pretty clear cut extortion by the legal definition: using the threat of force to compel action. https://t.co/Dg0PBVPM4B

The corrupt Maricopa County Supervisors also met on Monday to certify the election and disenfranchise other counties. Maricopa County makes up roughly 60% of the state’s voting population. Maricopa County is also where the bulk of the election irregularities and voter disenfranchisement occurred.
Abe Hamadeh’s War Room account tweeted a similar question that was asked at the Maricopa County meeting on Monday.
Why do the Board of Supervisors vote 'Yes or NO' on whether they should certify an election if it's illegal to vote no?
Asking for some friends in Cochise County.

From The Hill:
A state judge on Thursday ordered the Cochise County, Ariz., board of supervisors to certify the county’s vote canvass after two GOP members refused to do so over an unfounded conspiracy theory about vote machine certification.
Pima County Superior Court Judge Casey McGinley ruled that two GOP supervisors’ decision to opt against certification by a Monday statutory deadline was unlawful after Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs (D), who is now the governor-elect, and an outside group sued the county.
McGinley ordered the board to convene later on Thursday to certify the canvass, and attorneys for the plaintiffs vowed to seek a contempt order if board members do not comply.
“The county’s attorney declined to represent the supervisors in court, saying he believed their decision was unlawful,” The Hill stated.
“Previously, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich delegated his powers to RINO Cochise County Attorney Brian McIntyre to enforce criminal action against crooked Katie Hobbs for shutting down the online candidate petition portal and intentionally violating the law before the 2022 Primary Election, but he did nothing,” The Gateway Pundit noted.
