President Trump shared his thoughts on Truth Social about a recent ruling from the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court.
“So the Pennsylvania Supreme Court just ruled, in effect, that the 2020 Presidential Election was Rigged, but they’ll let that result stand, however, in future Elections, you are no longer allowed to do what was done in the 2020 Election. Is that fair, or even legal. This decision represents far more votes than would have been needed to win Pennsylvania. What a SCAM!” Trump stated on Truth Social.

RSBN reported:
Per RSBN, the court ruled that mail-in ballots with incorrect or missing dates could not be counted in the upcoming November election in a massive victory for proponents of election integrity.
According to a report from The Wall Street Journal (WSJ), over 1.4 million Pennsylvanians have registered to vote by mail or absentee ballot in 2022, so the court’s ruling could potentially affect thousands of ballots.
“This decision represents far more votes than would have been needed to win Pennsylvania,” Trump continued, referring to the 2020 election. “What a SCAM!
In 2020, the state Supreme Court ruled that undated mail-in ballots or ballots with missing information could be counted in light of the unusual circumstances surrounding the pandemic conditions, per the WSJ.As reported by RSBN, the GOP, the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), and the Pennsylvania GOP had filed a lawsuit in October 2022 to stop what they said was an unlawful ballot-counting advisory from the Pennsylvania Department of State.
The GOP groups also had an issue with the Pennsylvania secretary of state’s decision to amplify the State Department’s guidance.
The state’s latest Supreme Court ruling will apply to the Nov. 8 election, which is just days away. GOP gubernatorial nominee in Pennsylvania, Doug Mastriano, called the ruling a “victory for election integrity” on Twitter.
