President Trump sent out a major warning shot to the Governor of Florida Ron DeSantis.

In a recent post on Truth Social, Trump posted a video of political analyst Megyn Kelly saying that DeSantis doesn’t;t stand a chance in a primary against Trump in 2024.

Kelly would go on to say “The only way DeSantis is going to become the Republican nominee is if Trump chooses not to run and endorses him or dies.”

Trump not only shared the video but even captioned it “I AGREE!”.

Here’s his post:

The Washington Examiner dropped these details:

President Donald Trump said he agrees with an assessment by journalist and podcaster Megyn Kelly about how Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) would not stand a chance in a face-off against Trump in the 2024 Republican primary contest.

Kelly, who was criticized by Trump in graphic fashion during the 2016 election cycle, made the prediction in a recent interview with BlazeTV Host Dave Rubin.

During the lengthy conversation on The Rubin Report, Kelly said she doubts anyone could beat Trump in a battle for the GOP presidential nomination in 2024, and when asked about the Florida governor, she insisted, “The only way DeSantis is going to become the Republican nominee is if Trump chooses not to run and endorses him or dies.” Kelly went on to describe how Trump’s “Make America Great Again” supporters like DeSantis, but they don’t think it is his turn because they feel Trump is “entitled” to another shot.

Trump shared a clip of this interview, which appeared to be sped up, on his Truth Social account late Wednesday. “I AGREE!” he said in all capital letters.

Trump is also having a rally in Miami which doesn’t include DeSantis:

Trump previously posted on Truth Social that DeSantis is making a big mistake in endorsing O’Dea for Colorado’s Senate race:

ABC News dropped these details:

President Donald Trump on Sunday called Florida GOP Gov. Ron DeSantis’ endorsement and boosting of moderate Republican Colorado Senate nominee Joe O’Dea, Trump’s political foe, “a big mistake.”

In what may be the first public break amid long-brewing speculation that the two GOP leaders have been privately clashing, Trump paired the statement on his social media platform “Truth Social” with a Washington Examiner article that reported DeSantis, a hardline Republican, recorded a robocall for underdog O’Dea in which he placed full support behind the candidate who has openly sparred with the former president.
