Elon Musk Now Owns Twitter, Wastes No Time Starting Firing!

This is one of the best articles I have ever had the pleasure of writing.

After years of censorship, banning, shadow banning, blocking, deleting, terminating….the tide is finally turning on social media!

Elon Musk officially “closed” on his purchase of Twitter tonight (Thursday) and he now owns it.

He’s officially the “Chief Twit” (his words).

And he’s wasted NO TIME in taking immediate action.

He’s fired the CEO, CFO and General Counsel…

And I couldn’t be happier!

That smug BITCH, Vijaya Gadde, and yes I chose my words carefully and properly — she is a BITCH — and a witch, and pretty much whatever other word you want to use — is so exciting to finally see her GONE!

In case you don’t know her or don’t remember the infamous Joe Rogan interview with Timcast, I’ll refresh your memory here in just a bit.

But first the good news…..DING, DONG, the witch is dead!

It wasn’t just the General Counsel, it was the CEO and CFO too:

Literally fired HOURS or MINUTES after Elon acquired the company!

The man wasted NO time!

Vijaya or Vagina or whatever her name is is the person most commonly attributed with making the decision to ban President Trump from the platform:

Will President Trump now be reinstated?

Alex Jones too perhaps?

Ye?

AMTV predicts only Trump:

Everyone is calling for civility and common sense and a common public forum to be restored:

According to CNBC, Elon Musk has already said he will reinstate President Trump:

Here is President Trump’s statement on the matter…

Which is both informative and hilarious all at the same time:

*NOTE: some have claimed this is not authentic.  We leave it in because it’s hilarious!

For those who don’t get the joke, Elon Musk is famously from South Africa.

From Newsmax:

Elon Musk took control of Twitter and fired its top executives, U.S. media reported late Thursday, in a deal that puts one of the top platforms for global discourse in the hands of the world’s richest man.

Musk sacked chief executive Parag Agrawal, as well as the company’s chief financial officer and its head of legal policy, trust and safety, the Washington Post and CNBC reported citing unnamed sources.

Agrawal went to court to hold the Tesla chief to the terms of a takeover deal he had tried to escape.

The reports came hours before the court-appointed deadline for Musk to seal his on-again, off-again deal to purchase the social media network.

Musk tweeted on Thursday that he was buying Twitter “because it is important to the future of civilization to have a common digital town square, where a wide range of beliefs can be debated in a healthy manner.”

The billionaire even shared a picture of himself socializing at a coffee bar at Twitter headquarters.

And the New York Stock Exchange posted a pending order to suspend trading in Twitter before Friday’s session.

Musk tried to step back from the Twitter deal soon after his unsolicited offer was accepted in April, and said in July he was canceling the contract because he was misled by Twitter over the number of fake “bot” accounts — allegations rejected by the company.

Twitter, in turn, sought to prove Musk was contriving excuses to walk away simply because he’d changed his mind.

After Musk sought to terminate the sale, Twitter filed a lawsuit to hold Musk to the agreement.

With a trial looming, the unpredictable billionaire capitulated and revived his takeover plan.

Musk signaled the deal was on track this week by changing his Twitter profile to “Chief Twit” and posting a video of himself walking into the company’s California headquarters carrying a sink.

“Let that sink in!” he quipped.

Musk said during a recent Tesla earnings call that he was “excited” about the Twitter deal even though he and investors are “overpaying.”

– Twitter free-for-all? –

Some employees who would prefer not to work for Musk have already left, said a worker who asked to remain anonymous in order to speak more freely.

“But a portion of people, including me, are willing to give him the benefit of the doubt for now,” the employee said of Musk.

The idea of Musk running Twitter has alarmed activists who fear a surge in harassment and misinformation, with Musk himself known for trolling other Twitter users.

But Musk said he realizes Twitter “cannot become a free-for-all hellscape where anything can be said with no consequences.”

Musk has vowed to dial content moderation back to a bare minimum, and is expected to clear the way for former President Donald Trump to return to the platform.

The then-president was blocked due to concerns he would ignite more violence like the deadly attack on the Capitol in Washington to overturn his election loss.

Elon has also sent a direct message to Advertisers, assuring them the platform will be sound:

Now….if you don’t remember Vagina, or Vajaja, or whatever the hell her name is, allow me to remind you or show you for the first time.

This is a now infamous interview with Vagina and Jack Dorsey and Tim Pool on the Joe Rogan show.

Rogan and Pool come off as extremely level headed and reasonable.

Dorsey and the Vagina are exposed as tyrants.

Here is a short clip:

Here is the full thing, which truly is worth your time to watch, especially now….

In fact, I think I’m going to rewatch it tomorrow in light of the joy of knowing Vagina is fired:

It’s a big day folks…

Here’s more from Kyle Becker’s Substack:

Billionaire Tech CEO Elon Musk’s $44 billion deal to take over Twitter has now officially closed, as reported earlier on Thursday at Becker News.

“Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal and chief financial officer Ned Segal have left the company’s San Francisco headquarters and will not be returning,” CNBC reported.

“Elon Musk is officially Twitter’s new daddy — at least according to Elon Musk — who says he hopes the platform will continue to be a digital town square for years to come,” TMZ reported.

Musk gave his reason for acquiring the social media platform: “There is currently great danger that social media will splinter into far right wing and far left wing echo chambers that generate more hate and divide in our society.”

“In the relentless pursuit of clicks, much of traditional media has fueled and catered to those polarized extremes, as they believe that is what brings in the money, but, in doing so, the opportunity for dialogue is lost,” he added.

“That is why I bought Twitter,” he continued. “I didn’t do it because it would be easy. I didn’t do it to make more money. I did it to try to help humanity, whom I love. And I do so with humility, recognizing that failure in pursuing this goal, despite our best efforts, is a very real possibility.”

Musk also posted a message to Twitter Advertisers on Thursday:

As reported earlier, Elon Musk’s takeover of Twitter is happening. The news broke on Wednesday night that billions of dollars in cash have begun transferring to the banks involved in the deal.

“Banks have started to send $13 billion in cash backing Elon Musk’s takeover of Twitter Inc., according to people familiar with the matter, the latest sign the $44 billion deal for the social-media company is on track to close by the end of the week after months of twists and turns,” the Wall Street Journalreported.

“Once final closing conditions are met, the funds will be made available for Mr. Musk to execute the transaction by the Friday deadline,” WSJ noted.

On Wednesday, Elon Musk tweeted a video of himself walking triumphantly into Twitter headquarters ahead of his $44 billion takeover.

In Musk’s hands in the video was a sink — symbolic of his quest to cleanse the influential social media platform of its insidious censorship and his plans on what to keep at the company after he throws its content policies out.

“Meeting a lot of cool people at Twitter today!” Musk tweeted. He also changed his bio to “Chief Twit.”
