Another person has died following a sudden heart attack, this time while hosting a morning radio show.
British radio personality Tim Gough was hosting his Monday morning show on Radio GenX when his broadcast suddenly cut out halfway through a song.
According to the station, the 55-year-old suffered a heart attack at 7:50 am, the same time that the music stopped.
GenX said they were “shocked and devastated beyond words” over Gough’s sudden passing.
He is remembered as “a warm, caring, fun guy” who was loved by all who knew him.
Gough was a strong supporter of the COVID-19 vaccine and was up to date on his boosters.
He encouraged his own listeners to get vaccinate and boosted.

The New York Post reported on Gough’s pasing:
Tim Gough, who hosted the morning show on Radio GenX, was presenting from his home 35 miles away from the radio station’s headquarters in Ipswich, east England.
But his broadcast was suddenly cut mid-song at around 7:50 a.m. and the 55-year-old was never to be heard again.
Gough suffered a suspected heart attack, according to the station.

A radio presenter who died while on air has been described as “a warm, caring, fun guy” who was loved dearly by those who knew him.
Tim Gough, 55, died from a suspected heart attack at his home in Lackford, Suffolk, while presenting GenX Radio’s Monday breakfast show earlier.
He spent much of his life in Suffolk and began his broadcasting career at Ipswich’s Radio Orwell in 1986.
GenX said it was “shocked and devastated beyond words” at his death.
The station said Mr Gough died at 07:50 BST. Music suddenly stopped before starting again several minutes later.
Tim was a strong advocate for the COVID-19 vaccine, and often encouraged his listeners to get their boosters:
