BREAKING: New York City COVID-19 Jab Mandate Ruled Unconstitutional

A judge has struck down New York City’s COVID-19 jab mandate for city workers.

The Big Apple’s public sector workers have fought against workforce discrimination and medical segregation for over a year.

Former Mayor Bill de Blasio instituted the unconstitutional mandates in August 2021.

Mayor Eric Adams has retained the mandate for city workers.

"The case was Garvey et al v City of NY et al, brought by DSNY workers terminated for failing to comply with the mandate," NYC for Yourself tweeted.

"In a 2:30pm hearing in Richmond County Supreme Court, Judge Porzio ruled against the city, praising workers and declaring the mandate arbitrary and capricious."
