John Fetterman: Murderers Are Just Like Your Grandma and Grandpa!

Yes folks, he actually said this.

I know, it must be satire, or fake news, or a “deep fake”…but sadly it’s not.

Nope — this is the guy running for Governor of PA.

A guy who believes murderers should be released from prison.

Most of them?

All of them?

It’s not clear.

Seemingly all of them when you watch the video.

Why?

Because they’re just like Morgan Freeman in Shawshank.

And also like your Grandma and Grandpa!

And by using the commutative property I guess that also means your Grandma and Grandpa are just like Morgan Freeman!

But I digress.

This is actually no laughing matter and you need to see this:

Wow.

Not only does he believe this, he’s acted on it in the past, letting many dangerous criminals out of prison — or trying to:

From Fox News:

Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. and Democratic Senate candidate John Fetterman last year cast the lone vote in a failed bid to free a man convicted of murdering a 17-year-old.

Alexis Rodriguez is serving a life sentence in Dallas after he was one of five suspects convicted of first-degree murder in the 1989 killing of Sean Daily, a high school junior and the son of a Philadelphia police officer.

Rodriguez, then 18, and the others were accused of beating Daily with a baseball bat before fatally shooting him in the back in a gang-related, revenge motivated attack. The killing sparked racial unrest in Philadelphia at the time, because the victim was White while the suspects were majority Hispanic.

The Pennsylvania Board of Pardons, which Fetterman chairs, held a public hearing for Rodriguez on Dec. 1, 2021, and Fetterman cast the lone vote in favor of commuting the convicted murderer’s sentence.

In a 3-1 vote, Rodriguez’s request for commutation was denied.

Fetterman’s record on crime has come under scrutiny as his race heats up against Republican opponent, Mehmet Oz.

Fetterman’s campaign has previously defended the Democrat’s approach to clemency cases.

“This is a desperate effort to distract from new reporting today proving that Dr. Oz is a medical fraud and malicious scam artist who knowingly hurt regular people to line his own pockets,” spokesman Joe Calvello said Monday when reached by Fox News Digital, citing a Washington Post report saying Oz and his former eponymous TV show promoted potentially dangerous products.

Don’t forget this one:

Or this one:

Meanwhile, not only is he ok with murderers, but of course he also supports the murder of millions of babies — even just hours before birth!! — via abortion.

Nice guy, huh?

He’s sided WITH murderers and against “We The People” at least 13 times and counting:

Here’s more, from the Washington Free Beacon:

Democratic Senate hopeful John Fetterman said Tuesday he has “always” supported life sentences for first-degree murderers. But as chairman of the Pennsylvania Board of Pardons, Fetterman voted to release more than a dozen killers serving life sentences on first-degree murder charges, including one man who pleaded guilty in order to avoid the death penalty.

In an interview with the PennLive editorial board, Fetterman said Republicans are “lying” about his record on the Board of Pardons, which he oversees as lieutenant governor. Fetterman, who took issue with Republican claims that he wants to free murderers from prison, said he supports clemency for some convicted of second-degree murder—people who “did not take a life”—but that he “absolutely” supports life sentences for murder in the first degree.

“That’s clear. I’ve always said that,” Fetterman told the editorial board.

It’s part of a pattern for Fetterman, who has repeatedly highlighted his support to end mandatory minimum life sentences in Pennsylvania for people convicted of second-degree murder. He has said clemency should be granted to those who “did not pull the trigger” but were instead accomplices to killings.

But a Washington Free Beacon analysis found the Democrat has voted to commute the prison sentences of at least 13 people convicted of first-degree murder, including some who admitted to their crimes. That was the case last year when Fetterman cast the only vote on the Board of Pardons to commute the sentence of Wayne Covington, who was convicted in 1970 for fatally shooting an 18-year-old for money to buy heroin. Covington was sentenced to life in prison for first-degree murder after he admitted to the killing in order to avoid the death penalty, the Free Beacon reported.

Fetterman’s latest defense comes as Republicans hammer him over his progressive positions and his leadership of the Board of Pardons. Fetterman has said he sought the role of lieutenant governor in order to use the Board of Pardons as a “bully pulpit” to enact progressive criminal justice reform. He has bragged that the board under his watch has voted to free more prisoners than all of his predecessors combined. He has also hired left-wing activists to serve on the board, including a former campaign official who has called to “disarm the police” and who says convicted cop killer Mumia Abu-Jamal is her “buddy.”

The Republican onslaught appears to have cut into Fetterman’s lead over his challenger, Mehmet Oz. Fetterman led the celebrity doctor by 11 points in August, but the lead has shrunk to just 4 points amid a flurry of ads running in Pennsylvania highlighting Fetterman’s board votes and his other criminal justice positions.

In some cases, Fetterman voted unanimously with the five-member Board of Pardons to grant clemency to first-degree murderers. In Pennsylvania, all five board members must vote for clemency for a prisoner to be freed. According to Fox News, Fetterman voted to free 10 first-degree murderers who were granted clemency. That includes Charles Goldblum, who was convicted in 1977 of stabbing a man to death 26 times with garden shears in a Pittsburgh parking garage. Goldblum tried to hire a hitman to kill his accomplice in the slaying, the Free Beacon reported. Fetterman said when Goldblum was released from prison last year that he was “happy” that the convict would be going home to his family. Fetterman also inaccurately claimed that Goldblum was serving time for second-degree murder, instead of the more serious charge.

This guy is dangerous.

He’s bad for PA, and he’s bad for America.

He should not be placed anywhere near a leadership or governing position.

And he really hopes you forget about this:

WE HAVE IT: Fetterman Exposed — The Video He Doesn’t Want You To See

EVERY VOTER IN PENNSYLVANIA SHOULD SEE THIS BEFORE THEY CAST THEIR VOTE!

A resurfaced video of Democrat senate hopeful John Fetterman has even Democrats now questioning his character.

In the resurfaced video, Fetterman who was the mayor of the town of Braddock was being interviewed by a news reporter.

During the live interview, Fetterman admitted that he chased down a black man with a shotgun and then detained him.

The black man that Fetterman reportedly held down at gunpoint was completely innocent and when police arrived on the scene they too stated the detained man committed no crime.

Watch the damning video here:

NBC didn’t deny the incident at all and had these details to report:

During Pennsylvania’s Senate primary, Black Democrats worried that the GOP would target voters with ads about the time Democrat John Fetterman pulled a gun on a Black jogger he wrongly suspected of a crime.

Now it’s on the air.

A political committee backing Fetterman’s opponent in the general election, Republican Mehmet Oz, is launching a 30-second TV ad about the incident that started airing Tuesday on networks that have solid African American viewership, such as Black Entertainment Television, the Oprah Winfrey Network, MSNBC and ESPN, the group, American Leadership Action, said by email. The committee also has a companion 15-second digital ad designed to reach Black voters on their smartphones and social media feeds.

The $500,000 ad campaign comes as Oz, the celebrity TV doctor, has struggled to gain traction since his bruising May 17 primary. At the same time, Fetterman, Pennsylvania’s lieutenant governor, easily bested his opponents — even though he had just suffered a life-threatening stroke from which he’s still recovering.

The incident happened nine years ago when Fetterman was mayor of the Pittsburgh-area town of Braddock. He said he heard what he thought was gunfire, saw a man running away, chased him down with his shotgun and detained him until police arrived. The jogger, Chris Miyares, was found at the time to have committed no crime.

Fetterman has acknowledged he made a mistake, but he hasn’t offered a full-throated apology, concerning grassroots activists like the Rev. Mark Kelly Tyler, a top Philadelphia Democratic organizer who helped turn out Black voters in big numbers to aid President Joe Biden 2020 victory in the state.

The only difference between Fetterman and the men who killed Ahmaud Arbery is they pulled the trigger and Fetterman didn’t.

The Hill had more on the story:

In 2013, Fetterman followed the man in his pickup truck and used a 20-gauge shotgun to hold him in place. The man, Christopher Miyares, was wearing running clothes and headphones and was not found to have a weapon on him when police arrived. Miyares has said that Fetterman pointed the gun at his chest, which Fetterman denies.

Fetterman addressed the incident early on in his Senate campaign, rolling out a video explaining his recollection of it in early 2021.

“There was an episode, over eight years ago, where I was outside with my young son who was four years old at the time, and I heard this crushing burst of gunfire coming from a corridor that was the scene of dozens of shootings,” Fetterman said.

Fetterman said in the video that he could “never forgive myself” if he hadn’t done anything.
