Federal agents believe that they have some serious evidence to indict Hunter Biden…
Unfortunately, these charges are not political in nature, nor do they even approach the gravity of the allegations against the Biden crime family.
The feds now believe that they have enough evidence to go after Hunter Biden for tax evasion and improper purchase of a firearm—charges that could land him behind bars for 10 years.
Initially, many conservatives cheered and welcomed the news, but there’s a catch that I will get to in a bit.

Charlie Kirk approached the potential charges from a different angle…
Kirk believes that these charges represent some sort of backroom deal, a slap on the wrist for Hunter, to placate everyone while he skirts free of very serious charges.
It would also lead to Joe avoiding any sort of scrutiny for his role in these backroom business deals.

He'll plead down, serve no real time, and they'll insulate "The Big Guy" from any fallout.

Western Journal quotes Biden:
“He came along and said — by the way, this thing about a gun? I didn’t know anything about it.
But turns out that when he made application, to purchase a gun, what happened was he said — I guess, you get asked — I don’t guess.
You get asked the question, ‘Are you on drugs? You use drugs?’ He said, ‘No.’ And he wrote about saying ‘No,’ in his book.”

Just The News reports:
The agents allegedly determined “months ago” that they had sufficient evidence to bring a criminal case.
The paper noted that the U.S. attorney in Delaware – Trump appointee David Weiss – will “decide on whether to file such charges.”
U.S. attorneys report directly to the Justice Department.
