An Update On The SCOTUS Leaker Investigation

It has been 4 months since the SCOTUS opinion on Roe v Wade was leaked…

One would think that in a country where they know every single little detail about your bank account, geolocation, and the type of socks you wear, they would know who leaked the SCOTUS opinion.

My theory has not changed: they are protecting one of their own.

If it was a clerk we would know, if it were some media personality we would know, if it were a conservative there would be a media circus and we would definitely know.

All of that may soon change as Justice Gorsuch recently indicated…

According to him, a report that details the finding of the SCOTUS investigation is set to be released soon.

Are we going to finally learn the identity of the leaker, or will this report contain a whole lot of nothing? Are we even going to see the report, or will they keep it under wraps?

Finally, if the report is kept from the public, what must we assume?

Everyone is asking:

The Epoch Times reports:

Gorsuch, a Trump appointee, did not provide other details, such as whether the report will be made available to the public, according to the paper.

Conference organizers prevented reporters from questioning him or other judges.

Rep. Matt Rosendale speculates, according to Conservative Brief:

Rep. Matt Rosendale of Montana said he believed that at least some of the justices know the leaker’s identity.

“We all could probably agree that the justices that were appointed by Democrat presidents know who the leaker was,” he said.

“What bothers me, it’s not only the undermining that it did of the institution and the trust factor that these folks have with each other,” it’s that now that the trust is broken, “it’s very difficult to restore it.”
