BREAKING: Another Epstein Associate Found DEAD

Coincidence or foul play?

According to sources, Steven Hoffenberg, a long-time friend and associate of Jeffrey Epstein, was found dead on Tuesday by local Connecticut police.

Hoffenberg had previously served 18 years in prison for his role in one of the largest Ponzi schemes in U.S. history and was 77 at the time of his death.

It is not yet known if this was a naturally occurring death or if foul play was involved; however, police say that his body showed no signs of blunt force trauma.

The New York Post writes:

No cause of death has been revealed, but police said there were no immediate signs of trauma to his body.

“Every indication is that it is Mr. Hoffenberg,” a Derby Police Department spokesman said.

“There’s nothing to suggest that it isn’t. We believe it’s him. We’re just waiting for dental records.”

His body was so decomposed that police believe he had been there for at least a week. A medical examiner is now using his dental records to make an identification.

Hoffenberg rose to notoriety in the 1990s with his scandal-ridden Towers Financial Corp, a firm he ran with Epstein and the vehicle in which swindled $460million out of 200 victims.
