“Why do you want to get involved in elected politics seeing what this fiasco is?” Steve Bannon asked Dr. Robert Malone.

“That’s where the problem is,” Malone responded.

Bannon then asked Dr. Malone if he would run for office.

“I would be better positioned, I think, to help as a senior member of the new administration. If it’s Trump, I would be honored,” Malone said.
