“LAUSD (Los Angeles Unified School District) is facing a lawsuit for allegedly bribing a student to get vaccinated without his mother’s consent,” FOX 11 Los Angeles reports.
The mother filing the lawsuit spoke to local media about her child’s condition.
“He’s not the same anymore. He’s lacking rest; he doesn’t sleep well. He doesn’t do exercises the way he did. He’s not normal to me,” she explained.
The child’s mother says her son was offered a piece of pizza in exchange for a COVID-19 shot and then allegedly coerced into forging his mom’s signature.
She says her son experienced breathing and bleeding issues after taking the experimental shot.
The incident occurred at Barack Obama Global Prep Academy.
The family’s attorney says they’re filing a lawsuit after a damage claim was ignored by both the school and district.
“Los Angeles Unified does not typically comment on threatened, pending or ongoing litigation matters,” a LAUSD Spokesperson said.
