In a surprise move, Biden was allowed to ride his bike outside this weekend.
This follows his embarrassing flop where he fell to the ground at a complete stop.
According to reports, Biden had trouble removing his shoes from the bikes’ pedals.
After Biden got up from his fall, he talked to reporters and Delaware bystanders.

While riding on a path near his home this weekend, Biden was heckled by onlookers.
“Hey, where your f***ing training wheels at?” said a heckler.
