Dutch farmers are in revolt against the government’s ridiculous climate agenda that will bankrupt many working-class individuals.
The proposals voted on by Dutch lawmakers would likely force many farmers to halt their way of earning a living.
The ruling coalition wants to cut emissions of pollutants by by 50% by 2030, abiding by the European Union’s nonsensical standards.
Farmers would likely have to cut their livestock herds or stop farming altogether.

ABC News reported:
Farmers protested around the Netherlands as lawmakers voted Tuesday on proposals to slash emissions of damaging pollutants, a plan that will likely force farmers to cut their livestock herds or stop work altogether.
The government says emissions of nitrogen oxide and ammonia, which livestock produce, must be drastically reduced close to nature areas that are part of a network of protected habitats for endangered plants and wildlife stretching across the 27-nation European Union.
As tractors gathered outside the parliament building, Prime Minister Mark Rutte said farmers have the right to protest but not to break the law.
“Freedom of speech and the right to demonstrate are a vital part of our democratic society, and I will always defend them,” Rutte said. “But … it is not acceptable to create dangerous situations, it is not acceptable to intimidate officials, we will never accept that.”
Ministers call the proposal an “unavoidable transition” that aims to improve air, land and water quality.
They tell farmers to adapt or face closing their business.
“The honest message … is that not all farmers can continue their business,” and those who do will likely have to farm differently, the government said in a statement this month as it unveiled emission reduction targets.
Dutch farmers didn’t take kindly to the government saying it will strip them of their livelihoods.
The farmers hit the streets to protest and many citizens came out to support them.

More protests are expected for July 4th.
They are attempting to close “distribution centers for food supplies and all major polluters” until the climate policy is changed.
Via The Epoch Times:
Dutch farmers are continuing their demonstrations against a government climate policy that officials expect to end many farmers’ livelihoods, with organizers on Telegram planning July 4 protests they say will “flatten” the whole of the Netherlands.
The message calls on concerned farmers and citizens to organize their own regional actions with the goal of closing all “distribution centers for food supplies and all major polluters” until “the government changes its plans.”
One viral call for a July 4 protest came from a large truckers’ Telegram group, suggesting that some truckers in the Netherlands may find themselves in solidarity with the nation’s agriculturalists.
