Something very disturbing is occurring across the country right now, and it has a lot to do with June being “Pride month.”
A number of drag shows have been advertised under the banner of being “family friendly.”
If you think your state is safe from this because you live in a “red state,” you would be mistaken.
These events have popped up all over the country, even in red states like Indiana.
One Indiana town even came together as a community and forced one of these shows to be cancelled.
A pride event was planned in Jasper, Indiana, but was cancelled after Libs of TikTok included it in a huge “mega thread” of drag events targeting children.
That thread also includes several other instances of use of the term “family friendly” with drag shows.

The Washington Times has more on this disturbing new trend:
A growing number of “family friendly” drag queen story hours and dance performances open to children are becoming a mainstay of June pride month celebrations.
The social media account Libs of TikTok has posted dozens of viral tweets over the past weeks showing public schools, libraries, parks, gay nightclubs and even a Florida church including young children in pride events featuring professional drag queens.
On Wednesday, Libs of TikTok shared flyers for the San Antonio Zoo’s second annual “Night Out at the Zoo” on June 17 — a “family-friendly ticketed event for all ages” that will feature performances by the cross-dressing Extravagrams.
Here’s part of the huge thread from Libs of TikTok.
It includes phrases such as “family friendly” and “family pride day.”
Many of the flyers also openly advertise to preschoolers, and promote children on stage dancing with drag queens.
See for yourself:
~MEGA DRAG THREAD~
They say it’s innocent. They say it’s just about inclusion and acceptance. They say no one is trying to confuse, corrupt, or sexualize kids. They lie. 🧵

Our friends at the Daily Wire have more on that show being cancelled:
A “family friendly” drag event scheduled to take place in Jasper, Indiana, got canceled this week after the Twitter account Libs of TikTok included it in the “mega thread” of drag events targeting kids.
“Pride in the Park” was advertised as being an “all ages” event. The flyer, which Libs of TikTok shared in the post, said tips were greatly appreciated since drag “is not cheap.”
That tweet alone got more than one thousand retweets and over 3.8K likes.
Event sponsors Dubois County Pride announced Wednesday that the drag show was canceled because of the backlash.

There's no such thing as a "family-friendly drag performance." So it's a very good thing that they're no longer trying to host one. https://t.co/mkUnLHcBct

Here’s more from the mega thread.
Pay attention to the language used in the flyers:

Please remember to point out that performances like Drag Queen Storytime are EXPENSIVE. It costs hundreds of dollars to hire a DQ to do a 45-minute visit to a public library.
