Unlike several high-profile conservatives, Trump decided to speak at the NRA conference held in Texas despite the recent shooting that occurred in Uvalde, Texas, which killed 19 children and two teachers.
Trump wasted no time to show his concern for the children and teachers that were killed and asked the crowd to hold a moment of silence.
He would go on to name and honor each child that was killed in the mass shooting.
