What is a conflict of interest?
To me, a conflict of interest would be a White House press secretary in bed with a notable CNN anchor, and this is literally what is happening right now…
According to reports, Biden’s new White House Press Secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, is in a relationship with CNN’s Suzanne Malveaux—a political reporter.
Could the hypocrisy, corruption, and conflict of interest be any more apparent with these people?
The responses to Biden’s pick for the public relations arm of the White House were overwhelmingly negative:
New White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre's partner is CNN political reporter Suzanne Malveaux. First question: do you understand the meaning, conflict of interest? pic.twitter.com/x43ZqYOw3a

Karine Jean-Pierre, Biden’s new press secretary is in an intimate lesbian relationship with CNN’s Suzanne Malveaux. Is it right for a press secretary to be literally in bed with a member of the press? Is this a conflict of interest?

According to The New York Post:
The Haitian-born press pick gushed about her relationship with Malveaux in Jean-Pierre’s 2019 memoir, “Moving Forward.”
“Most of all, I want to say that every word of this book was written with love for my partner, Suzanne Malveaux, and our daughter, Soleil Malveaux Jean-Pierre. You are my life,” she wrote, also thanking “the Malveaux family.”
Who is Suzanne Malveaux? She's a CNN television journalist and White House correspondent, and is in a relationship and domestic partership with #Biden White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre; they live in Washington DC with their adopted daughter. No conflict of interest?

Also, Jean-Pierre is not the first "black" press secretary – but that doesn't matter. pic.twitter.com/GFcJca0Z0c

Daily Caller reminds us:
CNN has previously faced scrutiny over the alleged conflict of interest of host Chris Cuomo covering his brother, former Democratic New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
