WATCH Kash Patel: John Durham Has Shut Down The Statute Of Limitations Argument

Kash Patel tells us that Durham’s pleading indicates something interesting…

The Special Counsel told defendants that they are wholly unaware of the evidence which he has, and due to this the statute of limitations argument does not apply.

Apparently, Durham has far more material to work with than the defense initially realized…

This should terrify Hillary Clinton, and all those who worked with her on her 2016 campaign, but will we actually see Durham close in on her?

One can only hope that we see justice for a conspiracy that would blow Watergate out of the water…

Patel recently stated via an interview:

National Review comments that the Durham investigation is ‘finally getting interesting’:

Durham and his staff are preparing to try heavyweight Democratic lawyer Michael Sussmann in about three weeks.

Plainly, their focus is broader than just the one alleged false statement to the FBI on which Sussmann has been indicted. Durham’s charging documents and court submissions strongly intimate that the Hillary campaign is the fons et origo of the Trump/Russia “collusion” farce that dizzied the country and hamstrung a presidency for two years.

This report from Just The News alleges that Senator Ron Johnson was previously denied access to Durham’s investigation:

We were denied access to the information during the John Durham probe, so there is a real problem with the special counsel,” Johnson said Wednesday.

Then-Attorney General Bill Barr appointed Durham to investigate the origins of the FBI’s investigation of the Trump campaign and the legality behind it’s actions in so doing.
