I am a huge believer in a separation between church and state…
That’s why Ron DeSantis’ latest move has struck a chord within me. According to reports, DeSantis signed HB 7 into law on Friday.
This bill repeals the special privileges afforded to Disney by the Reedy Creek Improvement Act of 1967, and it removes woke critical race theory from Florida’s classrooms.
All wokeness—including critical race theory is a religion. It is the religion of the state.

If Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, Taoists, and Hindu’s cannot teach their religion in classrooms then neither can leftists. Plain and simple.

Individual freedom is the fundamental truth that all individuals are equal before the law & have inalienable rights. Critical Race Theory threatens that foundational principle. With today’s bill signing, parents, students & employees exposed to CRT have the power to fight back. pic.twitter.com/pxkFc5qJqU

Just The News quotes DeSantis:
“No one should be instructed to feel as if they are not equal or shamed because of their race,” DeSantis said.
“In Florida, we will not let the far-left woke agenda take over our schools and workplaces. There is no place for indoctrination or discrimination in Florida.”
DeSantis just signed into law the bill stripping Disney of it's special exemptions, the Stop Woke Act banning CRT, and approved the new Congressional maps for Florida.
He knows this is a war… and he's on offense. All elected Republicans should take note.
