WATCH: President Trump’s Heritage Foundation Speech

Why does his speech sound like a state of the union address?

It seems to me that President Trump is still the President. He is the one giving an actual leadership style speech which accurately describes the disastrous state of the nation today.

The disastrous withdrawal in Afghanistan, the denial of the biological basis of gender, rampant inflation, and soaring gas prices are just some of the things President Trump touched on during his speech.

President Trump went on for nearly an hour and a half, but the catastrophe that is the Biden administration needs a speech that is 365 days long to accurately account for the death and destruction they have caused.

Directly below is the full keynote speech, and I have also embedded several notable highlights as well:

Breitbart highlights:

“The deranged ideology of the Green New Deal is a massive self-inflicted economic wound,” the president said. “It is helping fuel runaway inflation. It is causing the cost of food, cars, housing, and raising a family to skyrocket.”

Worst of all, the president added, is how America’s lack of energy independence has put the country at “the mercy of Iran, Russia, Venezuela, and other hostile foreign nations—all while we are sitting on oceans of liquid gold right under our feet.”

Fox News had even more from the recent speech at the Heritage Foundation:

“The reason we’re keeping Bagram is because of China,” the former president said. “It’s one hour away from where China makes its nuclear weapons because billions and billions of dollars to build many years ago and right now it looks to me like China is going to end up owning and operating Bagram. We fled, left the lights on late at night, and we fled. And they did leave all the dogs behind. “
