Biden on Tuesday traveled to New Hampshire and visited the Port Authority at Portsmouth Harbor.
He spoke to reporters as he arrived in New Hampshire.
One reporter asked Biden if people should continue to wear masks on planes after a federal judge voided the mask mandate for airplanes and other public transportation.
“That’s up to them,” Biden said.

When asked if he will appeal the ruling, Biden responded, “I haven’t spoken to the CDC yet.”
