Jocelito Paganelli, the Brazilian Journalist and editor-in-chief of TV TEM, an affiliate of Globo in São José do Rio Preto (SP), died on March 29th, 2022.
The journalist passed away at 42 years of age.
He reportedly suffered a heart attack inside his home and emergency services were unable to revive him.

According to information gathered by g1 , Jocelito felt sick in the house where he lived. The Mobile Emergency Care Service (SAMU) was called to revive him, but could not. It is suspected that he was the victim of a massive heart attack.
Born in Catanduva, the 42-year-old journalist has been working on TV TEM since June 2017. He was known for reporting behind the scenes of political life in Rio Preto, in addition to carrying out complex investigations and complaints with great professionalism.
Edinho Araújo (MDB), the mayor of Rio Preto, said he was dismayed by the “early death of the young and competent journalist Jocelito Paganelli.”
“We lost a talented professional, ethical and always concerned with impartiality. May God comfort his friends and family”, wrote the mayor.
On June 30th, 2021, Paganelli posted this to his Instagram (translated):

Special thanks to nurse Sandra, who has the levity hand and applies the vaccine like no other. Long live science and everyone who believes it!!!”
