Leftists everywhere want to know: ‘what the hell happened?’ I’ll tell you what happened: the investigation was purely political and a scam from the start.
Many liberal Democrats seem to be in shock after the Manhattan district attorney, who claimed to be building a sizable and compelling case against President Trump, has announced an end to the investigation…
Just like cryptocurrencies and digital assets regularly do free airdrops to get tokens in the hands of users and investors, society issues airdrops too…
It has been the height of fashion, the epitome of vogue, and a status symbol to hate on Donald J. Trump for the last 5 years or so.
Hating Trump would get you social brownie points and online street credit with the blue check crowd; announcing legal action against him could take a political career to new unseen heights.
In effect, hating President Trump was a cause with its own token issued by the cathedral of liberal elitists, and if you hated on the guy you too could acquire some of the free hatecoin…
That’s what this investigation was about, and so were the numerous other investigations, impeachment attempts, and virtually all online propaganda against him.
Here’s what people are saying:
A few months ago, the Manhattan DA had conclusive evidence that would throw Trump in jail, then weeks after the lead prosecutors resigned, and now it looks like the end of the investigation and still no charges 😂😂😂

Sources tell me & @swin24 that the Manhattan DA is sending back evidence it received during its Trump probe.
And Trump's lawyers are cheering what, to them, seems like a dying investigation.

Fox News had more on the story:
Mark Pomerantz and Carey Dunne, who had been leading the investigation under former DA Cyrus Vance, submitted their resignations last month, after Bragg began raising doubts about pursuing a case against Trump.
“You have reached the decision not to go forward with the grand jury presentation and not to seek criminal charges at the present time,” Pomerantz wrote in his resignation letter, first reported by the New York Times. “The investigation has been suspended indefinitely.”
NYT has obtained the resignation letter of one of the prosecutors who was leading the Manhattan DA's Trump investigation. It argues that not seeking charges against Trump was "misguided" and "contrary to the public interest." W/ @WRashbaum and @benprotess https://t.co/gOJawZyoKd

After being elected, Manhattan DA Bragg stated that he would vigorously continue the Trump investigation. Sometime during his first month in office, Bragg's pledge to apply his full attention to this case fell off a cliff. What changed?

According to Conservative Brief:
Pomerantz and Dunne both had previously agreed to remain on with the district attorney’s office after Vance’s term expired in January and Bragg took the helm.
Reports said that Vance was moving towards indicting Trump, but for some reason did not do so despite his office spending nearly a year investigating Trump, a former resident of New York City.
