For perhaps the first time in her life Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is actually making sense…
According to the latest reports, Cortez warns that Biden is losing key support among Democrats, liberals, progressives, and the young millennial cohort—the people who actually believe in progressive nonsense.
Could we be witnessing the beginning of a red wave?
Personally, I think we witnessed that beginning maybe a month after Biden usurped the White House, but events over the past year have all but cemented a sweeping GOP victory in 2022 and beyond.
Cortez no doubt senses Biden’s weakness and may just be trying to position herself as the messiah for the progressive left, but regardless her assessment is spot on.
I wouldn’t normally put my faith in leftists to wake up from their deluded religious coma, and to actually do the right thing by voting Democrats out…
However, this administration is such a dumpster-fire that it may actually awaken that ancient and now forgotten realm of the mind in the average American leftist—common sense.
Here’s more on the story:
I’ll fix this headline: “The left sees democrats losing congress and wants someone else to blame other than silly slogans like “Defund the Police”

The New York Post penned AOC’s recent comments:
“We need to acknowledge that this isn’t just about middle of the road, increasingly narrow band of independent voters,” the self-described Democratic socialist told Louis.
“But, this is really about the collapse of support among young people, among Democratic base, feeling like they worked overtime to get this president elected and they aren’t necessarily being seen.”
Republicans have a shot at winning up to three seats in South Texas, where Democrats have been losing ground with Hispanic voters and President Biden’s low approval ratings are hurting the party’s midterm prospects. #TWTFrontPagehttps://t.co/zeuEowGbaK

"From 71% support for Obama to 66% for Clinton and 59% for Biden, Democrats are slowly, measurably losing hold of Latinos, the fastest-growing part of the electorate. Latino voters [reject] the minority construct promulgated by media, academia, Democrats." https://t.co/K8AFsX0jME

Daily Mail had more:
Ocasio-Cortez said she fears that low polling numbers will see the Democrats hit during November’s congressional elections but believes Biden could yet turn things around with some obvious concessions.
‘It is Biden’s power and ability to cancel student debt, and nobody else’s.’
While on the campaign trail, Biden promised to chop off $10,000 from every college student’s debt. It is a promise that remains unfulfilled.
