A United Kingdom coroner informed BBC that a 34-year-old mother’s death from a rare brain bleed was caused by the AstraZeneca COVID-19 jab.
Coroner Nicola Mundy confirmed on March 16th that Kim Lockwood’s March 2021 death was due to a “sudden and catastrophic” brain bleed triggered by the AstraZeneca COVID-19 injection taken eight days before her passing.
The coroner diagnosed Lockwood’s cause of death as Vaccine-Induced Thrombotic Thrombocytopenia (VITT).
“Her condition quickly deteriorated and she was pronounced dead 17 hours after being admitted to Rotherham Hospital,” according to the BBC.

Government figures show the type of reaction Mrs Lockwood experienced is considered extremely rare. There have been 438 reported cases and 78 deaths after an estimated 24.9 million first doses and 24.2 million second doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine.
The inquest heard administrative secretary Mrs Lockwood first went to Rotherham Hospital’s A&E on 22 March but left without being seen after a long wait. She returned the next morning suffering from debilitating headaches, blurred vision and vomiting, and by midday could not speak in full sentences.
By 02:00 on 24 March, the mother-of-two was unresponsive and her family was called to say their goodbyes.
While mainstream media calls events like these “extremely rare,” the VAERS data alone has over 1 million reported adverse events.
Despite over 25,000 deaths linked to the COVID-19 injections in VAERS, governments keep pushing more and more boosters.
Many countries have begun giving citizens fourth doses but never consider the potentially life-threatening side effects.
LifeSiteNews shared these alarming figures:
While causation is not explicitly confirmed through the VAERS reporting system, neither can it be presumed that all side effects are reported. Indeed, one study in 2010 found that “fewer than 1% of vaccine injuries” are reported to VAERS, suggesting the actual numbers of deaths and injuries are significantly higher.
Even vaccine manufacturers have calculated at least a “fifty-fold underreporting of adverse events.”
Strangely, there has been no discussion of halting this experimental COVID-19 vaccine drive despite the death count being 65 times higher than it was in 1976 when the U.S. government suspended its swine flu vaccine campaign after just 10 weeks due to 40 sudden deaths and several hundred reports of Guillain-Barré syndrome.
With the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) reporting an infection survival rate of greater than 99.95% for those under age 50, many prominent doctors have decried mass injection against COVID-19 as doing more harm than good, especially in younger cohorts.
