WATCH: Kamala Harris Awkwardly Laughs When Asked if the US Will Accept Ukrainian Refugees

The scariest thing for Americans who have watched Joe Biden’s mental decline as he sits in the most powerful office in the country, is the knowledge that Kamala Harris is waiting in the wings.

You’d think that when democrats decided to elect Biden as their 2020 candidate, that they’d have picked a competent running mate to back him up.

Alas, they picked Kamala Harris, aka the Joker.

Harris has somehow proven herself even worse at answering simple questions than Biden is, despite not being ancient.

When she’s not stumbling over her words following these questions, she is laughing awkwardly for prolonged periods of time.

It’s really disturbing…

The latest example comes as Harris visited Poland.

After being asked about the US accepting refugees from Ukraine, she awkwardly laughed yet again.

“A friend in need is a friend indeed,” Harris quipped before lunching into her trademark laughter…

The New York Post reports on Harris’ habit of ill-timed laughter:

Vice President Kamala Harris laughed during a press conference in Poland on Thursday after being asked whether the US will make a specific allocation for Ukrainian refugees.

Harris and Poland’s President Andrzej Duda had both just been asked to answer questions from the same reporter about the US accepting Ukrainian refugees.

The VP chuckled awkwardly before President Duda began answering the important humanitarian question first.

Here’s the latest Cringeworthy video of Harris laughing at the wrong time:

Harris is a bigger embarrassment to the country than Biden is at this point.
