BREAKING: Pfizer Could Lose Liability Protection and Be Sued if the Deaths Are Proven as Willful

Since the passage of the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA), pharmaceutical companies have been waived of liability for injuries or deaths caused by vaccines.

Individuals harmed by vaccines couldn’t sue the manufacturers and had to seek compensation through the federally-funded National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

However, the release of Pfizer’s documents for their COVID-19 jab clinical data could present another method of making the Big Pharma giant pay.

FDA Releases Month One of 55 Year Rollout For Pfizer COVID-19 Jab Data And It’s Already a Disaster

Based on the explosive data, could Pfizer lose liability protection and be sued if the deaths caused by their toxic shots are proven as willful?

Watch Attorney Thomas Renz explain in this Rumble clip:

To be clear, the 3% mortality rate Renz refers to is the number of individuals with adverse reactions that passed away.

As the Pfizer document states:

It is estimated that approximately ___ doses of BNT162b2 were shipped worldwide from the receipt of the first temporary authorisation for emergency supply on 01 December 2020 through 28 February 2021.

Cumulatively, through 28 February 2021, there was a total of 42,086 case reports (25,379 medically confirmed and 16,707 non-medically confirmed) containing 158,893 events. Most cases (34,762) were received from United States (13,739), United Kingdom (13,404) Italy (2,578), Germany (1913), France (1506), Portugal (866) and Spain (756); the remaining 7,324 were distributed among 56 other countries.

During the reporting interval from 12/1/2020 to 2/28/21, Pfizer recorded 42,086 case reports (adverse events). Out of those 42,086 case reports, 1,223 were listed as fatal.

That's where the 3% figure was calculated from:

Pharmaceutical and medical device business analyst Karen Kingston analyzed Pfizer's COVID-19 contract and has theorized that FDA's approval of the injection under the name Comirnaty broke Pfizer's immunity shield and possibly exposed them to criminal liability.

Watch her explain on the Stew Peters Show:

"Anyone that's been injured from a Comirnaty lot as of August 23rd, and thereafter, or took any shots, has a huge lawsuit against Pfizer and the FDA. They conspired to murder the American people and it's irrefutable," Kingston emphasized.
