Joe Biden delivered his first State of the Union address this week, and many of his political foes were outraged by some of the claims he made.
As it turns out, two of those vocal critics were in the audience.
Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) and Lauren Boebert (R-CO) took the opportunity to heckle Biden during the speech.
Even as Democrats in the gallery dutifully cheered for their gaffe-prone leader, Greene and Boebert were not afraid to let their concerns be known.

They shouted over Biden on a couple of occasions, including during his remarks about securing the border.
As our friends over at The Western Journal explained:
During his address on Tuesday, Biden explained the need to address the insecurity at the border — insecurity that he himself contributed to.
“In order to advance liberty and justice, we need to secure our border and fix the immigration system,” the president said.
Democrats around the room stood and applauded as if this were some sort of groundbreaking idea.
Of course, Biden was simply admitting what Republicans have been saying for a long time.
Reps. Lauren Boebert of Colorado and Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia were not fooled. As Democrats applauded, the two Republicans, along with a few others, chanted, “Build the wall!”
Video clips of their behavior soon began to show up on social media.

While many on the right applauded their principled outbursts, Democrats roundly denounced the interruptions.
White House press secretary Jen Psaki addressed the situation in a subsequent interview.

Perhaps the harshest assessment of the GOP lawmakers came from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).
According to the Associated Press:
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi had stern words Thursday for two of the most right-wing members of her chamber after their outbursts during President Joe Biden’s State of the Union.
“I agree with what Sen. Lindsey Graham said, ‘Shut up.’ That’s what he said to them. They should just shut up,” the California Democrat told reporters about the conspicuous interruptions by GOP Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert during Tuesday’s address.
Here’s a clip of Pelosi issuing her rebuke of Greene and Boebert.

Do you think these two Republicans were justified in expressing their thoughts during Biden’s speech?
