U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) appeared on Fox News Thursday evening to discuss the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

During a segment about an alleged Russian attack on the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, Graham made these remarks referencing Vladimir Putin.
