S.E.C. Denies That It Is Targeting Elon Musk

We have all seen this film before…

Conservatives, libertarians, and government dissidents in general are being targeted by financial enforcement agencies which have been weaponized by American Communists.

Lois Lerner made headlines during her testimony regarding IRS targeting of conservative Americans during the Obama regime, and now Elon Musk is reportedly being harassed by the S.E.C.

Musk, like myself has been extremely critical not only of the Biden regime, but of the entire structure of government altogether.

Could this be why they are reportedly continuing to harass Musk?

It is now a known fact that Gary Gensler, the current chairman of the S.E.C., was Hillary Clinton’s C.F.O. during the Russiagate scandal…

Knowing that this is the case, how much faith can we truly put into this institution to carry out operations independent from politics?

Here are just some of his anti-government posts from recent memory:

The Associated Press claims:

In a letter dated Friday, Steven Buchholz of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s San Francisco Office wrote that the judge handling a securities case against Musk encouraged both sides to confer before raising issues with the court.

He also denied that the agency had issued subpoenas in the Musk Twitter case and that the SEC is taking too long to distribute a $40 million penalty from Musk and Tesla that is supposed to go to Tesla shareholders.

Daily Wire featured this statement from Elon Musks’s attorneys:

“The SEC seems to be targeting Mr. Musk and Tesla for unrelenting investigation largely because Mr. Musk remains an outspoken critic of the government,” the filing explained.

“The SEC’s outsized efforts seem calculated to chill his exercise of First Amendment rights rather than to enforce generally applicable laws in evenhanded fashion.”
