The truth always comes out.
While the Biden regime claimed that only 100-150 Americans remained in Afghanistan after our botched withdrawal, there were numerous sources claiming that the real number was in the thousands.
But the Biden administration kept doubling down, claiming those were lies.
Jen Psaki dutifully defended Biden’s handling of the botched Afghanistan crisis.
But now, a new Senate report finally made public reveals that a minimum of 9,000 Americans were abandoned in Afghanistan.
That is much higher than 150.
In fact, some estimates claim up to 15,000 Americans might have been left behind.
More details below:
While there's disagreement over the policy to leave #Afghanistan, Americans share outrage over how the admin. withdrew, & what that failure has done to America’s reputation. This morning I released a report that details what went wrong & why.

Joe Biden failed Americans and abandoned them in Afghanistan.
Now even Psaki is admitting it can be compared to Vietnam. pic.twitter.com/KB5mmzeGAX

New leaked docs show the Biden Administration in total disarray as Afghanistan collapses, with thousands of Americans trapped, and NOT ONE person responsible has yet resigned. Not one. https://t.co/HbVaWQpCDs

Instead of helping Americans trapped behind enemy lines, the Biden administration has attempted to move beyond this crisis.
If President Trump had attempted to do this, we all know the Democrats would have tried to impeach him!
The Daily Caller confirms:
In public statements, Biden administration officials, including Secretary of State Antony Blinken, claimed that only 100-150 Americans remained in Afghanistan and had contacted the U.S. government with a desire to leave. The State Department and Defense Department officials stuck to that number, even as the government publicly admitted that large numbers of American citizens were still leaving the country.
The report, signed by Foreign Relations ranking member Jim Risch of Idaho, reveals that State Department officials believed that between 10,000 and 15,000 Americans were in Afghanistan as late as Aug. 17. In the next two weeks, only 6,000 Americans were able to escape the country ahead of the Taliban takeover. In testimony in front of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, however, Blinken claimed that “approximately 100-150 remained in Afghanistan who still wished to depart.”
Estimating the number of Americans residing or visiting a country like Afghanistan is “50% art and 50% science and educated guesswork,” staffers of the former Kabul Embassy reportedly said, since Americans are encouraged but not required to register with the State Department when they enter a country. The staffers noted that host countries are generally able to provide better estimates than the embassy, but that Afghanistan was not capable of doing so.
The sad thing is that this was preventable.
President Trump had a plan in place, but Biden has been consistently doing the exact opposite of what President Trump did.
Yet… Biden attempted to blame Trump for Afghanistan.
Why doesn’t the Biden administration try to take responsibility for anything?!
Biden’s Administration wasn’t prepared for the withdrawal and Americans paid the price for it https://t.co/JqzC9MXbKd

There are still Americans trapped in Afghanistan… and the Biden Administration continues to create crisis after crisis. pic.twitter.com/xGjaRUOMmL

We lost innocent servicemen and women thanks to the failed leadership of the Biden regime.
But they knew in advance that they were underprepared.
Despite the lack of preparation, the Biden team went ahead with their poorly thought out plan, leading to the disaster in Afghanistan.
Even Axios, which many argue leans to the left, reported:
Leaked notes from a White House Situation Room meeting the day before Kabul fell shed new light on just how unprepared the Biden administration was to evacuate Afghan nationals who’d helped the United States in its 20-year war against the Taliban.
Why it matters: Hours before the Taliban seized control of Afghanistan’s capital on Aug. 15, 2021, senior Biden administration officials were still discussing and assigning basic actions involved in a mass civilian evacuation.
- Outsiders were frustrated and suspicious the administration was having plenty of meetings but was stuck in bureaucratic inertia and lacked urgency until the last minute.
- While the word “immediately” peppers the document, it’s clear officials were still scrambling to finalize their plans — on the afternoon of Aug. 14.
- For example, they’d just decided they needed to notify local Afghan staff “to begin to register their interest in relocation to the United States,” the document says.
- And they were still determining which countries could serve as transit points for evacuees.
The big picture: President Biden was determined to end the country’s involvement in its longest war, and last April he announced his plans to withdraw all U.S. forces from Afghanistan by Sept. 11, 2021.
Given the disaster in Afghanistan, is it any surprise that Russia is being aggressive towards Ukraine?
Rather than showcasing American strength, the Biden regime has perpetrated an image of weakness.
We need President Trump back in the Oval Office.
And we need him sooner rather than later!
