Hillary Clinton 2024 Gaining Steam?

It’s no secret that the Biden administration is failing on multiple fronts.

Democrats seem to be increasingly uneasy with the current administration; more specifically, the greater implications for the party—will Joe Biden do permanent damage to the Democratic brand?

At the same time Democrats are grappling with this question, Hillary Clinton appears to be entering the conversation surrounding the party’s future leadership more and more.

Official meetings between her and Kamala Harris have sparked rumors of a possible ouster of Biden via the 25th Amendment, and now she is being teased in an op-ed as the potential Democratic 2024 nominee.

The Wall Street Journal recently featured an op-ed which states:

A perfect storm in the Democratic Party is making a once-unfathomable scenario plausible: a political comeback for Hillary Clinton in 2024.

Several circumstances—President Biden’s low approval rating, doubts over his capacity to run for re-election at 82, Vice President Kamala Harris’s unpopularity, and the absence of another strong Democrat to lead the ticket in 2024—have created a leadership vacuum in the party, which Mrs. Clinton viably could fill.

The New York Post writes:

“She is already in an advantageous position to become the 2024 Democratic nominee,” political consultant Doug Schoen and former Manhattan Borough President Andrew Stein write in Wednesday’s Wall Street Journal of the 74-year-old Clinton.

“She is an experienced national figure who is younger than Mr. Biden and can offer a different approach from the disorganized and unpopular one the party is currently taking,”
