The FDA lost its mind when it requested that crucial vaccine data be kept hidden for 75 years.
While Biden and his fellow criminals attempt to force Americans into taking an experimental vaccine, for which they have no recourse in the event of injury nor data to assess risk, our own FDA is hard at work attempting to hide the facts.
Their obfuscation has come to an end though, as the latest reports indicate that a federal judge is giving them only 8 months to release the data.
The FDA will be forced to release data at a clip of 55,000 pages per month, and this serves them right for attempting to delay the release of such critical information.
Here’s what we currently know:
I am pleased to report a federal judge rejected the FDA's request to produce the Pfizer Covid vaccine data at 500 pages per month and instead ordered a rate of 55,000 pages per month! Everyone should read the Judge's excellent 3-page decision available at https://t.co/ziqCs9fA9J

FDA will have 8 months — not the 75 years it requested — to release all documents related to the licensing of Pfizer’s Comirnaty COVID vaccine, a federal judge ruled Thursday.https://t.co/WSNvSbkGDM

Breitbart had more on the recent legal victory:
President Donald Trump appointee Judge Mark Pittman ordered the agency to produce 12,000 pages of Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency’s (PHMPT) request by January 31, 2022, followed by 55,000 pages every 30 days. The first round is due by March 1, 2022.

A Federal Judge ordered the FDA to Produce Pfizer’s Safety Data in 8 months rejecting their claim they need 75 years. The mere fact that the FDA would dare to make such an argument is hiding what can only be criminal activity. https://t.co/n0S0Oa2mW3 pic.twitter.com/VCjXU6l8Ya

Becker News adds:
“The entire purpose of the FOIA is to assure government transparency,” the plaintiffs argued.
“It is difficult to imagine a greater need for transparency than immediate disclosure of the documents relied upon by the FDA to license a product that is now being mandated to over 100 million Americans under penalty of losing their careers, their income, their military service status, and far worse.”
