Huge Win for the Navy SEALS in America’s Fight Against Tyrannical Mandated Vaccination

Mandated vaccines are just unconstitutional.

No one should be forced to be given drugs they do not want or need.

Our military service members protect our country.

They should have the right to say if they want a shot, or not, that is almost guaranteed to hurt them!

Their bodies, their choices, right?

Well, the US Navy has gotten a huge win over Joe Biden and his vaccine mandates by getting a preliminary injunction.

35 Navy servicemen, 26 of them SEALS, filed a suit against Joe Biden, the Department of Defense, the Secretary of Defense, and the Navy Secretary.

These men filed religious exemptions so they wouldn’t have to be vaccinated despite mandates.

All the men were denied.

In fact, the military has not granted one religious exemption yet.

According to Becker News:

The First Liberty Institute is a legal non-profit based in Plano, Texas whose mission is defending religious liberty.

Berry argued that his Christian clients deserve religious accommodations and should not be subjected to the vaccine mandate, the report notes.

“Of the thousands of religious exemptions that have been sought [the military] has not approved a single one. That is textbook discrimination,” Berry said.

Dozens of Republican lawmakers subsequently filed a legal brief in support of a group of Navy SEALs who sued the Department of Defense seeking a religious exemption to the coronavirus vaccination mandate, the Washington Examiner reported.

This is definitely religious discrimination!

There is no reason for the requests not being approved at all.

Thankfully the servicemen have been granted a preliminary injunction The Washington Post reports:

A federal judge granted a preliminary injunction on Monday blocking the Defense Department from taking action against a group of 35 Navy sailors who had refused to get a coronavirus vaccine, raising questions on how it might shape the Pentagon’s requirement that all U.S. troops get vaccinated.

U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor found that the pandemic “provides the government with no license to abrogate” the freedoms that any American has, and that the service members had a right to avoid getting a vaccine on religious grounds.

“This Court does not make light of COVID-19′s impact on the military. Collectively, our armed forces have lost over 80 lives to COVID-19 over the course of the pandemic,” O’Connor wrote Monday in a 26-page order.

But the judge added that the “loss of religious liberties outweighs any forthcoming harm to the Navy,” and that “even the direst circumstances cannot justify the loss of constitutional rights.”

This is a huge step towards all people challenging vaccine mandates in every state.

Twitter is blowing up with nothing but support for the Navy.

It is about time someone stood up to Biden and his unconstitutional policies!

Leave it to our service members to score the first actual win!
