Nothing screams narcissism like getting your own action figure.
This year, action figures of Anthony Fauci were circulated in preparation for Christmas.
Almost nobody would buy such a useless and tone-deaf gift, but one democrat state lawmaker proudly showed his off in a photo online after he recieved it as a Christmas present.
Democrat Rep. James Talarico showed off the picture of the Fauci doll the day after Christmas.
“I got the coolest action figure for Christmas!” he gleefully tweeted.
“Thank you to all the health care superheroes working today. Let’s help by getting vaxxed and boosted!”
That’s a whole new level of virtue signaling.
The Blaze broke the story of Talarico bragging about his gift:
Texas state Rep. James Talarico, a Democrat, tweeted a photo on December 26 of a Dr. Anthony Fauci action figure.
"I got the coolest action figure for Christmas! Thank you to all the health care superheroes working today. Let’s help by getting vaxxed and boosted!" the state lawmaker wrote.
The box indicates that the figure includes a removable mask.
Many people on social media commented on the Texas legislator's post.
Talarico may wish he didn't share the photo online after the wave of mockery he recieved following his tweet.

Comedy isn't dead.
