On Sunday, a group of around 15 anti-mandate activists walked into Panera Bread at Brooklyn Gateway Plaza Mall for an afternoon meal.
One of the activists was kicked out of the same location on a previous occurrence for trying to eat his food inside like a free American citizen.
The group arrived to the Panera Bread to exercise their right to legally patronize a public accommodating restaurant without discrimination.
Members of the activist group included men, women, and children trying to pay for a meal and eat inside the establishment.

Although some activists ordered food at the kiosk, the group was quickly denied service and asked to leave the property.
Security called the NYPD from the 75th precinct, and about 10 police officers rushed to the restaurant to make the activists leave.
Police officers eventually arrested one individual inside the restaurant, a U.S. Army veteran who served this country in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Mitchell Bosch, the U.S. Army veteran taken away in handcuffs, was also arrested earlier this week for trying to eat at Cheesecake Factory and Applebee’s.
Bosch made these comments in a Gateway Pundit piece earlier this week:
“I served in Afghanistan, I served in Iraq,” said Bosch. “We are fighting an army much stronger than us. The enemy is the politicians, the oligarchies. We have to do civil disobedience in order to get medical freedom. All we want to do is get something to eat and drink and we will gladly get out of here. This is what its gonna take to get America to wake up- people to sacrifice, to get comfortable with getting uncomfortable. Our time is now. This is holding the line- today. We as the people take a stand. Even if it means we go spend a little time behind bars- we will not comply. WE WILL NOT COMPLY. Medical Freedom is not negotiable. Plain and simple. NOT NEGOTIABLE. I fought for this country in order to give everybody the opportunity for freedom- and I am not going to go down. I am willing to die for my country for freedom.”
During the tense moment, Bosch offers one of the police officers a U.S. Constitution booklet and implores him to uphold his oath.
Unfortunately, the officers uphold Mayor Bill De Blasio’s illegal COVID-19 jab mandate instead of the U.S. Constitution.
Instead of arresting Bosch for violating the COVID-19 mandate, police escort him off the property for “trespassing.”
The NYPD cannot arrest him for violating the mandate since it’s not codified into law.
Police officers on the scene stated this is a private business and the establishment wants you to leave.
While Panera Bread is privately-owned, it’s a public accommodation business.
It’s open to the public during operating hours and every citizen has a right to legally patronize the restaurant during business hours.
NYPD’s actions show they’re more concerned about defending a corporation that’s discriminating against customers than protecting the human rights of all New Yorkers.
Until the NYPD steps down and refuses to enforce Mayor De Blasio’s illegal mandate, MLK-style sit-ins will continue in NYC.
Another disturbing moment caught on film was this police officer wrestling Bosch’s American flag from another activist and tossing it on the floor.
After throwing the flag on the ground, the officer walks over it.
