The alleged source of the leaked documents is the result of a FOI (Freedom of Information) request from Pepijn van Houwelingen, a member of the Dutch House of Representatives.

Tweede Kamer Der Staten-Generaal (Netherlands House of Representatives) contains a series of documents that allegedly prove correspondence between the Dutch government and World Economic Forum.
The trove of documents show correspondences addressed to multiple ministers of the Dutch government, including Prime Minister Mark Rutte.
