Biden’s tongue just slipped up again.
While visiting SC State to deliver a commencement speech, Biden called Kamala Harris the President.
He didn’t even correct himself later to say she was the vice president either, he just flat out called her the President.
Watch the moment he said it here:

Biden has been pretending to be a supporter of HBCUs ever since he lied about attending Del Sate University.
Remember this:
1 YEAR AGO TODAY: Biden claimed he “got started out of an HBCU, Delaware State."
The university later confirmed that "Biden did not attend DSU." pic.twitter.com/g60122YdNN

Biden actually attended the University of Delaware which is not a HBCU but rather a predominately white university.
So either Biden has a severe lying problem or a mental disorder but who knows it could be both.
The New York Post had more on the story:
Biden mistakenly promoted his vice president in a Friday speech, touting “President” Kamala Harris — before claiming that humans would be able to travel commercially at 15 times the speed of a bullet in 20 years.
“All kidding aside, of course President Harris is a proud Howard alum,” Biden said during graduation remarks at South Carolina State University, repeating a gaffe that he’s made at least twice before, most recently in March.
The misspeak came as Democrats — including Harris and Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg — vie to replace Biden, 79, if he chooses not to seek a second term in 2024.
Biden says he plans to run again, but he’s already the oldest-ever president and many Democrats don’t believe he will run again as polls find broad concern about his mental acuity.
Joe Biden called Kamala, "President Harris" today.
Never going to happen.
