Turns out Joe Manchin might be learning just how terrible his party can be.
Now that Joe Manchin has single-handedly defeated Biden’s radical Build Back Better bill, Manchin is an enemy of the left.
Progressives are mad at him.
And the media is throwing gasoline on the fire.
Well, Joe Manchin isn’t having any of it.
A leftist reporter attempted to attack Manchin, but he fought back immediately.
He SCREAMED:
This is bullsh*t! You’re bullsh*t!
Wow.
If a Republican said that at Fox News, it would be news everywhere.
Well Manchin screamed it to the leftist media.
Will they take the hint?!

A question every reporter in DC should be asking Joe Manchin every single day: Why does he want to end the expanded child tax credit that cuts child poverty in half when 1 in every 3 children under 5 in West Virginia live in poverty?

Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any video of this incident.
Yet…
Maybe something will leak online.
But a variety of sources are confirming this story.
Per The Hill:
Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) vented his anger with the media in the wake of a report that he wants to drop the child tax credit, a popular program, from President Biden’s expansive climate and social spending package.
“This is bullshit. You’re bullshit,” Manchin yelled at Arthur Delaney, a reporter for HuffPost Politics, who asked him to confirm the report that the child tax credit has become a major sticking point in talks with the White House.
“I’m done, I’m done,” Manchin fumed, his voice rising, after Delaney asked whether the senator could support continuing $300 monthly payments to families with young kids.
The testy exchange followed another contentious back-and-forth between Manchin and a group of reporters, including CNN’s Manu Raju.
Raju reported that talks between Manchin and Biden were not going well because Manchin wants to cut the child tax credit out of the bill.
Manchin denied the report and said members of the media are hearing “a lot of bad rumors.”
“I’m not opposed to child tax credit, I’ve never been opposed to child tax credit,” he insisted.
Manchin also made clear that he’s getting sick and tired of being grilled about his position in the negotiations with Biden.
Even though Manchin is a Democrat, he appears to be more moderate than the rest of his party.
Maybe he’ll one day realize that the party is being taken over by radicals!
Or maybe that day has come.
And that would explain the outburst towards the leftist reporter.

“This is bullshit. You’re bullshit,” Joe Manchin just told me

Everyone around here is "for" the child tax credit. It's a question of whether you want it to keep paying parents as much as $300 per month.
If the advance monthly payments and extra $1,600 expire at the end of the month, there will still be a $2,000 partially refundable credit

As conservatives, we all know to expect this from the mainstream media.
They lie about Republicans all the time.
But perhaps this situation will awaken Democrats to the radicalism taking over the party, which comes in part from the biased media.
Townhall has more details on the what happened:
It’s been a busy news day for Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV), who on Wednesday cursed at HuffPost Politics reporter Arthur Delaney when asked about his stance on the child tax credit when it applies to President Joe Biden’s reconciliation spending bill, also known as the Build Back Better Act.
Delaney had asked Manchin about his stance on the child tax credit with reports suggesting that Manchin wants it out of the bill.
[…]
CNN’s Manu Raju was also there for the exchange, and tweeted about the negotiations between Manchin and the White House, which are reportedly not going well.
What do you think?
Will Manchin eventually cave?
Or will the Build Back Better bill fail to pass?
