On Saturday, English Premier League fans witnessed Manchester United defender Victor Lindelof suffer from chest pains and breathing complications against Norwich.
The Swede was removed from the contest in the 2nd half after the frightening events on the pitch.
On the same weekend, Italy’s Serie A club Napoli reported a “coincidence” from their Sunday contest against Empoli.
At the 19-minute mark, midfielder Piotr Zielinski appeared struggling to breathe.
The Polish national team member went to the touchline and motioned to his neck and chest.
Zielinski was taken into the locker room and replaced by Lorenzo Insigne.

The Sun reported:
A statement released by Napoli later confirmed Zielinski had some breathing difficulties, but subsequent tests came back negative.
Napoli said: “Zielinski went out with breathing difficulties. The tests he underwent gave negative results.”
Visitors Empoli won the game 1-0 thanks to a Patrick Cutrone goal, after it ricocheted off the back of his head.
