The REAL Agenda Behind the COVID-19 Inoculation Campaign For Children; Review of the Gavi INFUSE Program

Earlier this week, I shared an insightful interview with Northern Ireland financial investor Melissa Ciummei.

In the video, Ciummei discusses how the COVID-19 “pandemic” won’t be over until the digital monetary system is in place.

The only way to stop the globalist elite from implementing their plans is global mass non-compliance.

Everyone must say NO to vaccine passports.

And the children will be the primary targets to put this financial, digitalized reset into place.

The children are our last resort, and parents must resist this demonic agenda at all costs.

While the potential adverse reactions from the experimental injections are well-known, the real reason to inoculate the children is to give them a digital identity.

Gavi, The Vaccine Alliance goes into significant detail about this plan in their 2018 published paper called the INFUSE program.

As Ciummei and others have warned, these are data passports disguised as vaccine passports.

And parents need to learn why it’s imperative to protect their children from entering this agenda.

Here’s a glimpse of the Gavi 2018 INFUSE – CALL FOR INNOVATION

Imagine a future in which all children have access to life-saving vaccines no matter where they live – a
future in which parents and health workers ensure their timely vaccination, a future in which they have
their own digitally stored health record that cannot be lost or stolen, a future in which, regardless of
gender, economic or social standing, this record allows each child (and parents) to have access to a
bank account, go to school, access services and ultimately build a prosperous life.

This future is possible today. With the latest advances in digital technologies that enable more
effective ways to register, identify births and to issue proof of identity and authentication for access
to services – we are on the brink of building a healthier and more prosperous future for the world’s
most vulnerable children.

These technologies can help the developing countries that Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance supports to
accelerate immunisation delivery, ensure equity, drive efficiencies in health systems, and facilitate
access to a broader range of social services and opportunities throughout children’s lifetimes.1

In 2018, through INFUSE, Gavi is calling for proven innovations that leverage these digital
technologies. The innovations should greatly enhance the efficacy of immunisation delivery, and
modernise methods to identify and register the children who most need life-saving vaccines and who
currently are being missed by legacy processes.

Innovation for Uptake, Scale and Equity in Immunisation, or INFUSE, aims to identify proven solutions
that, when expanded, have the greatest potential to modernise global health and immunisation
delivery. INFUSE was launched by Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance at the World Economic Forum Annual
Meeting 2016 in Davos.

Each year, INFUSE calls for innovations that can help Gavi, governments and partners reach more
children with life-saving vaccines. INFUSE then works with expert partners to select the most
promising innovations and “infuse” them with the capital, expertise and other support needed to scale
them up.

By doing so, Gavi accelerates the speed at which developing countries can gain access to and increase
appropriate technologies to modernise their health systems. INFUSE also works to attract and support
innovations and organisations at varying levels of maturity to foster a healthy and vibrant
immunisation innovation ecosystem that will shape the solutions of tomorrow.

The INFUSE document later describes the digital health card:

In many developing countries, the most common form of identification for children is a health card,
not a birth certificate. Indeed, an estimated 95–98% of children receive at least one vaccine dose, and
with that vaccine they receive a paper-based child health card. The near ubiquity of these documents
presents an enormous opportunity and is just one example of the promise of digital technologies, such
as a digital health card.

According to the ID2020 Alliance – a public-private partnership that includes Gavi – the use of digital
health cards for children could directly improve coverage rates by ensuring a verifiable, accurate
record and by prompting parents to bring their children in for a subsequent dose.5

From the parents’ perspective, digital records can make it convenient to track a child’s vaccines and eliminate unnecessary paperwork. And as children grow, their digital health card can be used to access secondary services, such as primary school, or ease the process of obtaining alternative credentials. Effectively, the digital health card could, depending on country needs and readiness, potentially become the first step in establishing a legal, broadly recognised identity.

Looking beyond the child health card, and from the perspective of health workers, digital technologies
can streamline analytics and outreach without adding significant complexity to the workflow. From
the perspective of international partners, digital technologies also provide a basis for verifiable proof
and accurate, aggregate data that can easily interoperate with other identity management systems,
negating the need for each organisation to independently identify beneficiaries.

For registration purposes, biometric-based devices are routinely used to capture the fingerprints or
irises of adults. But the biometric tools currently in use have limitations: high-accuracy infant
biometric devices do not yet exist, biometric devices are often not designed for low-connectivity
environments or built to withstand wear-and-tear, and the devices must provide low-cost ways for
individuals to biometrically authenticate themselves.

Once authenticated, both parents and adolescent children need mobile applications – and digital tools
that are not smartphone dependent – to access their immunisation and identity data. Health workers
require systems to send targeted notifications for follow-up doses, as well as systems that can analyse
aggregate data to identify coverage and equity trends, map population data and inform policy-making.
Additionally, innovations are required to help countriestransition from paper-based to digital records.

Many of these solutions must be capable of working in poorly resourced settings in the developing
countries Gavi supports – for example, where there is no reliable electricity – and of helping to
leapfrog current approaches to reach everyone in a sustainable manner, whether they live in remote
villages or urban areas.

Innovations such as those mentioned above and below address certain key system barriers to driving
coverage in immunisation but can also address inequities more directly related to gender, education,
income, social class and geography, which are often among the underlying factors that undermine
immunisation coverage.

INFUSE 2018 is calling for proven innovations in digital technologies in identity, registration,
validation and authentication, analytics and platforms that can be applied or adapted across the
immunisation value chain and help accelerate immunisation coverage, ensure equity, modernize
paper-based processes and improve immunisation service delivery.

Leo Hohmann writes in Truth Unmuted:

Published more than a year before anyone had heard of Covid-19, the document explains why Fauci, Gates and the corrupt U.S. government are so intent on getting these “vaccines” into the bodies of younger and younger people.

Fauci, a longtime Gates associate who sits on the Leadership Council of the billionaire’s Decade of Vaccines Collaboration, started one year ago with a focus on getting those 65 and up jabbed with the new and highly experimental gene-based Covid “vaccines.” Now he is pushing the shots for 5-year-olds while making suggestions that he would like to see them given to infants and toddlers by spring of 2022.

This digital ID will be linked to each child’s vaccination status.

That explains the feverish campaign to get all children inoculated against COVID-19 by any means necessary.

They don’t care how many irreversible adverse reactions or vaccine-related deaths the shots cause, so long as every child has their digital ID.

The U.S. government has committed $1.16 billion taxpayer dollars to Gavi, The Vaccine Alliance from the 2020-2023 fiscal years.

As USAID states:

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) announced today that the U.S. Government will commit $1.16 billion over Fiscal Years 2020-2023 to Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, subject to Congressional appropriations. This includes $290 million in the Fiscal Year 2021 President’s Budget, released today.

This multi-year commitment will support Gavi’s efforts to immunize 300 million additional children by 2025, which will save eight million lives, and help galvanize support from other donors at Gavi’s Replenishment Conference in June 2020, hosted by the Government of the United Kingdom. In addition, the U.S. contribution will strengthen routine immunization against outbreak-prone diseases such as measles, and maintain global stockpiles of vaccines against Ebola, cholera, yellow fever, and meningitis.

But is this really about health?

That’s what Gavi wants you to think.

However, it’s a veil to hide the true intentions, data collection via digital IDs and biometrics.

Gavi lists their digital technologies during the immunisation chain to ensure every child receives all their recommended vaccines:

As noted in the document, Gavi has ties to the ID2020Alliance (highlighted above).

Isn’t it interesting how it’s labeled the “2020” Alliance, the same year COVID hysteria swept the globe.

Leo Hohmann writes:

The impact of this technology on society will be chilling.

And the technocrats at Gavi don’t envision any child having an out.

The above chart notes, in a rather sinister tone, that no child escapes the technocratic tyranny when it states:

“Innovated digital technologies are required at all stages of the immunization value chain to ensure that every child is reached with all recommended vaccines.”

Gavi brags that it “prevented more than 13 million deaths” around the world by providing vaccinations to children in poor countries. What you won’t find in any of its documents is how its biggest private financial backer, Bill Gates, also killed, sterilized and permanently harmed tens of thousands of kids in India and other countries with his experimental injections.

It’s time American politicians, Republican and Democrat alike, start being held accountable for their funding of globalist, predatory organizations like Gavi with billions in U.S. tax dollars. Even if you believe we’re doing children a favor by continuously increasing the number of vaccines pumped into their little bodies, how do you justify using the ever-growing vaccine schedule as a gateway to creating a global, digital identity for all people?

If we don’t resist this agenda from being deployed on our children, future generations will live under technocratic servitude to the globalist elites.
