Jussie Smollett Gets Triggered By His Own Text Messages

So let me get this straight….

Jussie Smollett is in court for allegedly faking hate crimes against himself, but now he is angry at the prosecution for having to repeatedly use the n-word while reading his own text messages to the court?

I am at a loss for words at the irony right now…

Sources claim that after Smollett asked the state’s attorney to stop saying the word, the prosecution then forced Smollett to read his own text messages aloud for the court.

We will keep everyone posted on the verdict, but for now here are some recent developments in the Smollett trial:

According to Fox News:

The duo had a contentious moment when Webb began reading the messages out loud. Some of the messages included the use of the N-word, prompting Smollett to interrupt the prosecutor to ask him to spell or abbreviate the word so as not to offend “every African American in this room.”

Webb said that Smollett was welcome to read his own messages to the court but that he would not censor the quotations of the actor’s messages. Smollett complied and the two moved on.

The Daily Wire gave us a glimpse into the court room proceedings:

According to Smollett’s testimony, he was training with Bola Osundairo primarily because “Empire” creator Lee Daniels had told him that he was fat and because he wanted to lose weight for a music video.

He also claimed that he and Bola had a more personal relationship, saying that the first night they met they had done weed and cocaine together and gone to a private room in a bathhouse.
