WATCH: Los Angeles School Accused of Bribing Student to Take Experimental COVID-19 Jab in Exchange For Pizza

The Los Angeles Unified School District came under fire after parents accused one of its schools of giving the COVID-19 jab to their children without parental consent.

Maribel Duarte’s 13-year-old son is a student at the Barack Obama Global Prep Academy in South LA.

Duarte says her son brought home a COVID-19 inoculation card after accepting the injection at school in exchange for pizza.

The school officials that allegedly bribed the teenage boy obviously knew they committed a devious act since they asked not to say anything to avoid punishment.

The LAUSD mandated the COVID-19 jab for students age 12 and above with a January 10, 2022 deadline to get fully vaccinated.

Students who don’t take the COVID-19 jab or provide an exemption will be sent into virtual, online learning by the school district.

But a mandate is NOT a law.

Period.

The LAUSD doesn’t have the authority to enforce this disgusting act of medical tyranny.

As NBC Los Angeles noted:

Jennifer Kennedy, an attorney who is following closely the two cases against the LAUSD over the vaccine mandate currently making their way through court, said the problem is that kids in California can’t consent to vaccination.

Both are ultimately seeking an end to the mandate.

“The LAUSD does not have the power to add a vaccine to the California school schedule,” she said. “You couldn’t do it if you were a podunk school district and you can’t do it if you’re LAUSD, the second largest district in the nation. You don’t have that legal authority.”

In California, school vaccines are handled through the state Department of Public Health and created into law through the state legislature.

The LAUSD says as of the Thanksgiving break, 80% of eligible students at Obama Prep have been vaccinated.

“It hurt to know he got a shot without my permission, without knowing and without signing any papers for him to get the shot,” Duarte said.

The school official that bribed the student with pizza to take the COVID-19 jab should face criminal charges for the predatory behavior.

Bribing kids with prizes to manipulate them into taking a medical procedure is a disgusting act of child abuse.

The school staff ignored the mother’s wishes to inoculate her son and tried to hide their deceitful actions.

That kind of predatory behavior is why I’ve advocated parents remove their children from these horrific institutions.

FOX News commented on LAUSD’s drop in enrollment, and the district’s incentive program to inoculate children:

The child’s school is a part of the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), the second-largest in the U.S., which saw enrollment drop by more than 27,000 – or 6% – at the start of the school year amid a vaccine mandate for kids over 12 years old.

The district told the station that while it can’t comment on student matters, it does follow a “safe schools to safe steps incentive program” that is meant to ensure measures are set for vaccinated students to get prizes.

An LAUSD spokesperson told Fox News Digital on Monday morning that it was “currently unable to confirm that this incident occurred at Barack Obama Global Preparation Academy.”

“With the Jan. 10, 2022, student vaccination deadline approaching, the District introduced the Safe Schools to Safe Steps Incentive Program throughout Los Angeles Unified Schools,” the spokesperson said. “This program offers incentives to families who upload proof of their vaccine, have an approved medical exemption, or have conditional admissions.”
