Oklahoma Sues Biden

The Biden administration continues to face significant pushback on all fronts…

Their vaccine mandate is facing sharp criticism and outright mass non-compliance from numerous states, and Oklahoma is no different.

We recently reported on how Oklahoma’s patriotic national guard is defying a tyrant’s heavy handed mandate, but a politicized Department of Defense has doubled down on its efforts to forcefully vaccinate our troops.

In response to this Oklahoma’s Attorney General John O’Connor, Governor, and 16 members of Oklahoma’s National Guard are suing Biden’s regime…

Perhaps it is time for Biden to simply admit he was wrong and change course, yet all we seem to be getting is a tone deaf symphony of government overreach and abuse of executive power.

Here’s more on the latest lawsuit to hit the Biden regime:

According to The Epoch Times:

“This vaccine mandate certainly interferes with the sovereign prerogatives of the State of Oklahoma. It undermines the laws, public policy, dignity, and interests of the State of Oklahoma in governing the field of public health, including vaccinations,” the state wrote in its complaint.

The complaint also argues that “the president unilaterally has issued this diktat without any semblance of a congressional authorization,” and that, “Congress has enacted no law so permitting the President,” adding that none of the statutory provisions invoked in Biden’s executive order “even remotely empower the president to issue a vaccine mandate or, really, a mandate of any kind.”

Fox News added:

O’Connor is asking that a court declare the mandate unconstitutional. Additionally, he is seeking a temporary restraining order to block its enforcement while litigation is ongoing.
